00:00Before we pray, I would like to say a few words, and then we will pray together.
00:06When you think about God's unconditional love, you see that it covers every part of your life.
00:12His love keeps you safe when you're in danger, forgives you when you make mistakes,
00:17and shows mercy when you're feeling down.
00:20This love brings a peace that you can't find anywhere else,
00:24calming your heart and mind no matter what storms you face.
00:27It also gives you hope for eternal life, a promise that carries you through hard times.
00:34God's love is like a river that never stops flowing, always refreshing and renewing you,
00:39giving you endless chances to start anew.
00:42His love is limitless, reaching beyond what you can imagine.
00:47However, even though God's love is always there, you need to accept the gifts He offers.
00:52You have to open your heart and let His love change you from the inside out.
00:58As you prepare to end your day, take a moment to open your heart and accept all that God has

01:05Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, the One who gave His life to save you.
01:11Welcome the Holy Spirit as your Comforter, Counselor and Teacher,
01:16guiding you with truth and wisdom.
01:19Let the Word of God guide your life, lighting your path.
01:23The Bible says in Psalm 27 verse 10,
01:26Though my father and mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me.
01:31This verse reminds us that the Lord accepts us not because we are perfect or worthy,
01:35but because of His endless grace and love.
01:39No matter your flaws or the state you are in, the Lord is ready to receive you.
01:44As long as you turn away from your sins and open your heart to Jesus,
01:48He will welcome you with open arms, ready to shower you with His love and grace.
01:53So before you go to sleep, make sure your heart is filled with the presence of King Jesus Christ.
01:59Give Him the throne of your heart, making Him the most important thing in your life.
02:04When Jesus is at the center, everything else falls into place.
02:09Your worries, fears and anxieties are overshadowed by His peace and presence.
02:14Let Him guide your thoughts, actions and decisions,
02:18leading you in the way of righteousness and truth.
02:21Now let us pray, opening our hearts to our Heavenly Father.
02:26Dear Lord, I thank you for bringing me through this day.
02:30So many things could have gone wrong, but you were with me,
02:34protecting me from harm and danger.
02:36You were there every minute and every hour, and for this I am truly grateful.
02:41Thank you for all I was able to accomplish today,
02:44for the strength and wisdom you gave me, and for the favor you have shown me.
02:49Your protection has been my shield,
02:51your love my refuge, and your grace my support.
02:56As the psalmist says in Psalm 28 verse 7,
03:00The Lord is my strength and my shield.
03:02My heart trusts in Him, and He helps me.
03:06My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise Him.
03:11Lord, you have been my strength when I was weak,
03:15and my shield when I was vulnerable.
03:17My heart trusts in you, and you have always helped me.
03:22I rejoice in your goodness and care over my life.
03:26You have kept me safe and secure,
03:28and I know you will continue to do so.
03:31Even though I don't see all the dangers you protect me from,
03:35I thank you for keeping me safe.
03:37I have breath and life, strength and joy,
03:41all because of your constant presence as my strength,
03:44defender, shield, and deliverer.
03:47Teach me, Lord, to live in a way that pleases you.
03:49Guide me to walk in righteousness so I can stand strong and steady.
03:54You are the creator of all things,
03:57holding everything in place even when life feels chaotic.
04:00I don't deserve your favor, but you give it to me freely.
04:05In your goodness and mercy, you sustain me when I'm weak.
04:09When I feel overwhelmed, you are there with me,
04:12giving comfort and strength.
04:14I praise your name because you are worthy of all my thanks and love.
04:18I hold on to your promise in Psalm 121 verse 8.
04:23The Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.
04:28I trust in this promise for my life.
04:31You have protected me from all kinds of harm and danger.
04:35I know there are spiritual battles happening around me every day,
04:38but I am grateful that you stand as my shield against evil.
04:42Thank you for guarding me from unseen dangers and attacks.
04:46Many people leave their homes and don't return,
04:49but I am thankful for your protection
04:51and the privilege of having you as my keeper,
04:54ensuring I come home safely.
04:57On days when I feel disappointed,
04:59may the Holy Spirit remind me that you guide my steps
05:02and work everything out for my good.
05:05Help me to trust you more and rely on you every day,
05:08knowing you will lead and protect me.
05:11Thank you for the Holy Spirit's guidance.
05:13It's a blessing to have the Holy Spirit's counsel in my decisions,
05:17actions and words.
05:19You are a strong tower in my life,
05:21bringing peace to my heart and mind.
05:24Thank you for today's experiences and the lessons I've learned.
05:29Thank you for your word,
05:31which tells me not to be anxious about anything,
05:33but to bring everything to you in prayer with thanksgiving.
05:37Your peace, which goes beyond all understanding,
05:40guards my heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
05:44It's a blessing to feel your supernatural peace.
05:47Help me to have faith that goes beyond the challenges I face.
05:51Help me, Lord, to step back and let you work miracles in my life.
05:56Forgive me for the times I've sinned against you.
05:59Cleanse me and give me a fresh start.
06:01As I pray, remove any bad thoughts from my mind
06:05and help me focus on heavenly things.
06:09As I get ready to rest,
06:10I ask that you calm my spirit,
06:13quiet my thoughts,
06:14and give me peace, Lord Jesus.
06:17May your angels watch over my family and me.
06:20I pray that you send your angels to guard my home
06:23so that no evil can harm us.
06:26As I prepare to sleep,
06:27I claim your promise in Proverbs 3 verse 24.
06:31When you lie down,
06:32you will not be afraid.
06:34When you lie down,
06:35your sleep will be sweet.
06:37I pray, Lord,
06:39that you take away all fear and doubt from me.
06:42Bless me with heavenly peace as I sleep.
06:45While I rest my body,
06:46I pray that you also strengthen my spirit.
06:50Clear my mind
06:51and take away all worries about tomorrow.
06:54Remind me that each day is in your hands.
06:57Instead of worrying about the future,
06:58I will focus on you
07:00and what you are doing in my life right now.
07:03Lord,
07:04I find comfort in knowing that you never sleep
07:07or get tired.
07:09I give all of myself to you,
07:11all my spiritual, physical, and emotional needs.
07:14I trust that you will fulfill my desires
07:17according to your will.
07:19As this day comes to an end,
07:21I pray that you watch over me.
07:23Holy Spirit, fill this place with your power.
07:26May God's presence be here.
