00:07Foreign Minister Ling Xiaolong visited Tuvalu from Wednesday to Thursday,
00:11meeting with Tuvalu Prime Minister Fulati Teo and other officials.
00:15Ling took part in the ceremony for a proposed new parliament building site to be built with Taiwan's help
00:20and celebrated the completion of a land reclamation project.
00:25He also signed a tax agreement on behalf of the finance ministry,
00:28looking to encourage further Taiwanese investment in the country.
