Trump demands 'unconditional surrender' as Israel hits Khamenei's bunker

00:00After a week of spiraling Middle East war, Iran's army has attacked U.S. bases in Kuwait,
00:05vowing to launch further strikes against American interests in the region.
00:09In response, U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hexet has warned that airstrikes against Tehran are
00:13about to surge dramatically as coalition forces continue to decimate Iranian military targets.
00:19The Israeli military has released footage of a massive underground bunker in central Tehran,
00:23revealing that 50 fighter jets struck the facility where the late Ayatollah Khamenei
00:28had planned to command the war.
00:30In Washington, President Donald Trump has ruled out any diplomatic talks,
00:33demanding Iran's unconditional surrender, while promising to help rebuild the nation
00:38once the current regime is toppled.
00:40The conflict is further upsetting global markets as Qatar's energy minister warned that oil could
00:45hit $150 a barrel, arguing it could bring down the economies of the world.
00:50While Tehran continues to launch drone barrages at Saudi Arabia and the UAE,
00:55Iranian President Masoud Peseshkian claims that unnamed countries have begun
00:59urgent mediation efforts to end the bloodshed.
01:02So far, the war has claimed over 1,200 lives in Iran and dozens more across Lebanon and Israel,
01:08including six American troops.
