In this essential guide, a security expert reveals the simplest way to find out if your digital life has been compromised. We often worry about "invisible" hackers, but the truth is usually hidden in plain sight—if you know where to look.

The Hidden Login List
Whether it's your iPhone, WhatsApp, or Gmail, almost every major platform keeps a "receipt" of every single session. The speaker explains how to access your account history to see exactly who is logged in and, more importantly, where they are located. If you see a login from a city you’ve never visited, you’ve found your "smoking gun."

The 60-Day Audit
The expert shares their personal routine: a quick "look-in" every couple of months. By checking your "My Activity" on Google or your active sessions on Instagram and WhatsApp, you can kick out intruders before they do real damage. This isn't just about being paranoid; it's about maintaining digital hygiene in a world where data is the new currency.

This clip is a wake-up call to take 30 seconds today to audit your most important accounts. It’s not hard to do, but it’s the difference between being a victim and staying protected.

Transcript: How do you know if you've been hacked? So this is, mean, it just depends on like what, like if you're talking about your phone or your computer or... Let's go through each one. How do you know if your phone's been hacked? How do you know if your bank account's been hacked? How do you know, like how do you know if your Amazon account's been hacked? So a lot of times with pretty much any account, you can see who's logged in. Like if you go on WhatsApp, you can see like the last session that it was on. really? And where it's, yeah, even on your phone right now. If you pull out your phone, you can see who's logged into your iPhone and where they're located. Okay, I gotta go do that. It's not that hard to do, but I always kind of look every couple months, I'm like, who has been logged in on my account or on my WhatsApp or on my iPhone or on my Gmail? can see, you can go to your Gmail account history, you can go to my activity, and you can see all of the logged in sessions and where they're located. And you can do that with Instagram and you can do that with social media. For me, that's the easiest way to tell if someone's in there because there's a history of who is there and where they're logged in from.
