00:15said the department received an emergency call about the fire at around 9.09 a.m.
00:21Upon arrival, the house was about 40 percent burned
00:24and the victim was found unconscious on the balcony at 9.30 a.m.
00:30Medical officers confirmed the man's death at 11.15 a.m.
00:34and his body has been handed over to the police.
00:37Ahmad Mukhlis added that firefighters managed to bring the blaze under control by 9.45 a.m.
00:43The cause of the fire and the total losses are still under investigation.
