Five eateries were destroyed in a fire at Block C, Gugusan Kesumbar Flats, Jalan Pekaka 8/1, Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, on Friday (Sept 19) afternoon.
Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant operations director Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar said they received a call about the fire at 6.06 pm.

00:23He said the fire destroyed the five eateries, each measuring 50 by 50 square feet, completely.
00:29The fire also damaged several vehicles parked nearby, including a car that was 20 percent burnt, another that was 60 percent burnt and three motorcycles that were each half destroyed.
00:41Authorities confirmed that no casualties were recorded in the incident.
