00:20the 33-year-old singer appeared to call her past relationship with Wilmer Valderrama not okay,
00:26reflecting on dating older men as a teen.
00:28Lovato and the NCIS actor were 18 and 30 when they began dating in 2010, and they split in 2016.
00:36During the candid conversation, Lovato quipped,

00:40and later said that looking back at the dynamic after turning 30 herself changed her perspective.
00:45The singer also confirmed she wrote her 2022 track, 29, about being with an older partner,
