00:00All right, let's see here, um...
00:04Hmm.
00:11Maybe I'd heard about it, I'd seen it online,
00:14but no, I had no idea who Ace of Remet is.
00:16Throughout my career as a team and athlete manager,
00:19I've had well over 140 podiums.
00:21I've worked with amazing athletes,
00:23but this kid is something else.
00:25Go for it.
00:26He's the golden goose.
00:27Ace of Remet is the future.
00:30You're on the top of the start line,
00:32and all of your heroes are around.
00:34With that comes a lot of pressure.
00:37This is the man they're all talking about.
00:48Yo.
00:49Yo.
00:49Yo.
00:52Are you nervous?
00:58I'm sorry.
00:59All good.
01:00All right.
01:00Nah, I'm okay.
01:03Big news for the development of Mike and Bacon.
01:05The junior category will now be broadcast live around the world.
01:10Junior downhill is a category that fosters the next generation of talent.
01:15It gives the juniors an opportunity to race at a World Cup circuit.
01:19They have two years to race as an under-19 athlete,
01:22and then they're straight into the elite category.
01:25They're just a bunch of loose units.
01:27You don't know what's going to happen.
01:30That was radical.
01:31There is absolutely no respect for their well-being.
01:43Sometimes crashing is what juniors tend to do when they're at their first World Cup.
01:46They get too excited.
02:00They've got to find that limit and then figure out how to adjust on that limit.
02:04Wait, you're going to double this?
02:06Everybody's heard a rumor about this fast American kid.
02:10Whoa!
02:11Handle up.
02:12How she got so much stamina.
02:14How she got so much ramming up.
02:16Gigabyte when she gon' dance it up.
02:23Yes, bro!
02:25Ace of Vermette, he's one of the most talented prospects coming into juniors this year.
02:32In years past, we've seen some big names rise within the junior category.
02:35We've watched Jackson Goldstone grow up online since he was a little kid.
02:44Or someone like Finn Isles.
02:45From Canada, Finn Isles!
02:49We've had these stories evolve from when they're 10, 12, 13, 15 years old.
02:54But Ace of Vermette is by far the best kept secret we've had of downhill World Cup racing right now.
03:01With Ace of We knew about him in America. We knew he was fast when at home.
03:07But sometimes when you take a rider out of their home country and put them into another country where the
03:11environment's different, the pressure's different, you know, how is it going to go?
03:16For us it was a bit of a surprise package. We didn't really know exactly what we were unleashing on
03:20the mountain bike world.
03:22This is the man they're all talking about. Ace of Vermette gets ready to drop into his first ever UCI
03:29Downhill World Cup.
03:44Nice. Hi, I'm Ace of Vermette. I'm 17 years old and I ride for Frameworks Racing. Am I shaking?
03:50You are.
03:51That'd be bad. Dude, I'm so nervous.
03:56Milo, come here. Come here, Milo.
03:59My parents are split up, so every weekend I was with my dad we went motoing.
04:02Every weekend I was with my mom we went downhilling or cross-country pedaling and, yeah, just been on two
04:07wheels pretty much ever since.
04:09Hello?
04:10Hello?
04:11Do you want to go for like an e-bike ride today or something? Like you could ride my e
04:14-bike or whatever.
04:16Yeah, let's do something.
04:17What time do you think you'd come?
04:19Are we talking to you?
04:20Six.
04:20All right, bye.
04:21All right, bye.
04:22Love you.
04:23Love you, bye.
04:28Ray, when Ace was of age to get on a bike, we got him a Strider and he was two.
04:34You know, most kids you'd see him go on the sidewalk next to their parents and he would go in
04:38the bushes up on little hills off rocks and we'd be scared that he'd crash but he'd come through.
04:50I had him dirt bike racing first and then we started going to the mountain riding bikes downhill and then
04:58he kind of fell in love with that.
05:02Oh, no.
05:03That was a lot shorter than I expected.
05:06The way she goes sometimes, eh?
05:08Oh, well.
05:09You know, I grew up a certain way and I didn't want my son to grow up like that.
05:13I wanted him to have tools to get somewhere, you know, and do what he loves for a living.
05:21My parents were always trying to get me the best bikes when we don't have a bunch of money to
05:26spend on bikes and everything.
05:27That's too bad.
05:28I remember my dad telling me he had like 200 bucks in his account and he bought me knee pads
05:32that were like 200 bucks and yeah.
05:35Ever since I had this kid and he started riding bikes, I told the people I worked for, I'm like,
05:39I don't work when I have him.
05:41We ride bikes and I want him to get to a certain spot in his life and achieve a certain
05:45goal.
05:48They've been the most supportive parents ever.
05:51You're really going to bring that big one?
05:52Yeah, I think I have to.
05:53It's only a week.
05:54Well, I'm going to have two helmets.
05:55Oh, yeah.
05:56I've done pretty good in the U.S. and everybody like thinks super highly of me going into a World
06:01Cup season.
06:02Are you more nervous for this one?
06:04Um, I mean, probably will be more nervous in the moment.
06:08Once you get there, seeing all the people and stuff.
06:11Knee pads?
06:12I just gotta go grab my jerseys and stuff.
06:15I'm just proud that you get to partake in all this and you love it.
06:22Yeah.
06:23At a normal race in the U.S., you can practice plenty.
06:27And I think in like a World Cup, everybody's saying you don't get any, like much practice at all.
06:32So just like watching the GoPro video footage over and over again probably helped quite a bit.
06:37We'll find out.
06:39I can't forget these.
06:41This is like obviously my first World Cup, but I'm walking next to all the guys that I usually watch.
06:47It's going to be crazy.
06:48Boom.
06:49Leave right now.
07:01A historic UCI World Cup venue.
07:04Fort Williams, Scotland is ready to kick off the 2024 action.
07:10When we showed up to the first World Cup, I definitely saw some of the teams that I could have
07:14been on.
07:14The big, shiny, tense and everything.
07:21We're going to get some videos of taking pictures.
07:28A lot of talk surrounds Frameworks Racing and their hand-filled bikes designed by team owner and racer Nico Mullally.
07:47I'm the team owner and rider for Frameworks Racing.
07:53Nico Mullally, age 21 years old.
07:58He goes fastest.
08:01Nico has been on the factory teams.
08:03He knows what it takes to perform at this level.
08:05And then he bucked the system and went and was like, hang on a second.
08:08I can make a bike that performs better than all of these major factories that have billions of dollars behind
08:14them.
08:16Wanting to build a bike that would work for him.
08:18Not having to answer for large corporations, marketing departments and engineering departments.
08:24It feels like a family on Nico's team.
08:26Eat that.
08:27Easy, brother.
08:32My parents really loved it, too, because they're super comfortable with me going to all the races with them.
08:37I didn't want to go with a bigger company and have them taken away-ish, you know?
08:42I didn't want them in Europe all the time.
08:48Ace Everment, he's on a bike that is not a factory bike, it's a hand-built product.
08:53So how good is that bike?
08:58Hadn't actually ridden his downhill bike until four days before the race in Fort William.
09:03And he'd been off the bike for weeks.
09:07Ace Everment blazing through this rock garden on great early season pace.
09:12Oh no! Goes down hard!
09:15The look on his face was just in shock.
09:18Like, something's wrong with my body.
09:20And finally the doctor said he'd broke his hip and it was going to be an eight to twelve week
09:24recovery.
09:25And you could tell him doing the math in his head like,
09:27Oh no, Fort William is six weeks away.
09:29Like, that doesn't add up.
09:32Honestly, worst thing before my first World Cup.
09:35The last x-ray he got was five weeks after and the doctor said,
09:40Look, there was enough bone on there.
09:41So if you feel like riding, you can try.
09:44What do we got?
09:45Headed up for the first practice round of the World Cup.
09:48I remember mine. That's exciting.
09:50The stoke levels are high.
09:52If you know Ace, you can imagine.
09:56Came over to Fort William.
09:57He looked pretty good to me.
09:58He looked like his normal self.
09:59So, I said, alright dude.
10:02If you want to do it, go for it.
10:15We had to be realistic that he was coming off injury.
10:19The Fort William track is a very physical track.
10:22He's been looking into this for years and years.
10:25This is the man they're all talking about.
10:28I just told him, like, just keep your wheels in the ground and have fun.
10:32Asa Vermeer dropped into his first ever UCI Downhill World Cup.
10:37Huge expectations for this kid.
10:40Just came off of a big hip injury.
10:43He actually broke his hip.
10:44He's got so much skill on town on a bike.
10:46He doesn't really need to be pushing super hard.
10:50On that framework spike, Nico Mullally's labor of love.
10:53Yeah, so cool for Nico to find this kid.
10:59Is Asa Vermeer going to make good on all this promise and all this talk in the off season about
11:04this kid arriving onto the big stage?
11:08Four and a half seconds now, Aaron, at the third split.
11:11Asa Vermeer is on a run here in Fort William.
11:14Yeah, this is awesome.
11:16So cool to see him kind of overcome the adversity the last few months.
11:19Injury, all the pressure, all the nerves, and just be able to put that out when it counts.
11:24Asa Vermeer heads for the finish line off his first UCI Downhill World Cup.
11:32Asa Vermeer immediately takes control of the Junior Downhill Rounds.
11:37Over five seconds.
11:41I was super surprised at five seconds up and was sitting up, sitting up in the, uh, in the, like,
11:48the chair.
11:49What do you call it?
11:50The hot seat.
11:51The hot seat.
11:52I was stoking out of my mind, actually.
11:54Like, I just couldn't believe it.
11:55I was sitting up at the top watching the other kids come down.
11:58It was crazy.
12:00Next up, though, Max Oran.
12:02What can the Frenchman do?
12:04Fort William gets into third position.
12:08A half seconds behind Asa Vermeer.
12:13Parkfoot crosses the line in third place.
12:16But Asa Vermeer takes his first UCI Downhill World Cup victory.
12:25Asa Vermeer, welcome to the big stage.
12:28When I saw my mom and everybody, they were just super stoked.
12:33Especially just because I broke my hip six weeks before that.
12:37And I wasn't even supposed to be riding my bike then.
12:39Like, they were just stoked that I was there with them.
12:41And I was stoked to be there.
12:44He kicked a few people's butts there and, uh, proved a few people right.
12:49Good job, dude.
12:51All of a sudden, the conversation changes dramatically.
12:54Yeah, you might be good at home, but when you step onto that World Cup circuit,
12:58it's not just the track that you're racing.
12:59Everybody is here.
13:01All of a sudden, your entire life is different.
13:05I rarely see Nico Mullally with tears in his eyes, but that was a day that I saw it
13:10because he was just so proud of how the kid had managed his injury, the ride,
13:14and then to end up with the leader jersey.
13:16The young American taking the world by storm.
13:19And with these performances, it actually puts frameworks ahead of some major manufacturers, which is incredible.
13:25Paul William was learning how to deal with media.
13:28How are you going to celebrate this one?
13:30Do you eat some ice cream or what do you do?
13:32Martin's got some pizzas for us.
13:33Yeah.
13:33Let's go eat some pizza.
13:34Yeah.
13:35Maybe play some video games.
13:36I don't know.
13:36Eat pizzas and play video games.
13:38That's the secret.
13:40He actually came up to me to finish and said,
13:42someone just asked me to sign something.
13:44I said, what?
13:44A fan?
13:45He said, yeah.
13:46He didn't even know that he would be asked for autographs.
13:49And so we went through a process of developing his autograph
13:52or helping him come up with an autograph that he could use.
13:54Nah, that's sweet.
14:24Welcome to the second race of the season, teams have hustled to make the journey from
14:28Scotland to Poland, but none more so than Frameworks Racing, they're facing a worst
14:33case scenario.
14:34Should all three get here for a picture?
14:36I wore the wrong shirt.
14:37That's okay.
14:38If you went to another team they might give you a hard time, but I've got bigger things
14:41to worry about.
14:44During the Fort William week it was a major deal to see that bike up on the podium as
14:49the fastest of the day.
14:54And to have that ruined by the bikes being stolen and having that historic bike lost is another
15:00emotional thing Nico had to deal with.
15:03Last night we were on our way back from the Fort William World Cup, we had our van stolen,
15:08we had all the bikes stolen out of it.
15:10It's obviously pretty tough for us being a small team.
15:13We only had a week between Fort William and the second World Cup in Poland.
15:18If you lose your bikes on a factory team, you can pretty much replace it by Monday.
15:22Nico hand makes all of those frames.
15:25And that bike was built for Acer.
15:27It was built for that entire team and that's it.
15:29When those products are gone, there is not someone they can just call and be like, yo, can you
15:34send me 10 more on Monday?
15:35It doesn't happen.
15:37One of our sponsors paid for Nico's flight to go back home.
15:40Straight on a plane, back to the US, grabbed some frames, brought everything back and we
15:46had our wheel sponsor Envy stop their production run just to build wheels for the team.
15:53And not to mention knowing he's got the golden goose.
15:55He has it.
15:56Ace of Romet is the future and now he's got all of that stuff stolen and that's a huge weight
16:01that he has to bear.
16:24Ace, he turned a lot of heads and he was more and more interesting to other teams.
16:28I always worry that he's going to see big trucks around the pits and see that we don't
16:34maybe have all those flashy things.
16:39Come in boys.
16:40We have about 240 square meters footprint.
16:44Welcome to our office area.
16:47They got the Xbox, they got the TV.
16:50Washing machine, ice machine, a nice kitchen.
16:53We're having our own arrestor.
16:54Shower and toilet.
16:55Writers area.
16:56Air conditioner.
16:57Workbench.
17:02The staff numbers on a team are not going to guarantee you success, nor is the size of
17:07the truck.
17:09It all comes down to the dynamics between the athlete and the bike and the basic support
17:14that they need.
17:16Hope you can understand that there's a lot of riders out there that would like to have
17:19the support that we have and not all the bullshit that comes with those big trucks.
17:24The more people there are, the more personalities you have to deal with, agendas and marketing
17:29plans.
17:30To look at us going out and getting the results we can get, I think it can be hard to
17:35understand
17:35for some of the other teams that have a big truck, have a ton of staff.
17:40Just do your thing.
17:41Same as for Bill.
17:42Yep.
17:43You got it.
17:43Thank you, Pete.
17:44Yep.
17:52Some serious weather for finals today in Poland.
17:55A newly built track means that the soft dirt is quickly turning into some treacherous mud.
18:00Wet riding experience coming into play.
18:05It doesn't look like it's too crazy, right?
18:07No, it's just out in the open.
18:09Yeah, they put the mud tire on the front of me.
18:11Yeah.
18:12Through my career racing for several of these teams, I can see the important things are hard
18:17work that goes on outside the races, the personalities that you have, how they're able to work together.
18:23Go for it.
18:24That makes the race result.
18:34This is the danger man.
18:36Here we go.
18:37Ace Vermette.
18:39Ace on course.
18:42Can Ace Vermette surprise us again in a totally different race condition?
18:48He's going to have to try to be patient here.
18:51He's got to be smart.
18:52He's got the speed.
18:53You can see the mud, the ruts forming up off the top.
18:57Had the bike stolen.
18:59Team manager Nico Mullally flew home to get new frames for them all.
19:02So he's half a second back at the first split.
19:06We have to remember that these were these first wet races of his life.
19:10He's never really raced in those conditions.
19:12He's adapting all the time.
19:14Not leading at this point.
19:16Are we finding the limits of Ace Vermette's bag of tricks?
19:21Ace has got so much talent on a bike he can kind of turn it up and make time where
19:25he needs to.
19:27He caught me out when I was watching the race like I thought he was about to lose it.
19:31Off our map.
19:32Yep.
19:33Through that right hand rope.
19:34But he was just having fun.
19:36I think he almost forgot he was in a bike race.
19:38Let's go!
19:41Ladies and gentlemen, can we begin?
19:42As you're collecting your adrenaline, so can you dance?
19:44Starting with a little dripping by the drum in the bass.
19:46You feel sweet that you can come at number one in a race.
19:48This boy loves to ride his bike.
19:50He pretty much just rides all day, every day.
19:53Oh, yeah.
19:533.5 seconds faster at the fourth split.
19:56Yep.
19:57Oh, he dances his way for that.
20:00Ace Vermette is heading towards another hot seat appearance.
20:04Is it going to be two on the bounce for Ace Vermette?
20:103.8 seconds faster.
20:14He's getting the bike to the finish.
20:16There were some shocked looking faces on that hot seat.
20:20Stop having fun, dude.
20:22That was amazing.
20:24Christoph.
20:25Awesome.
20:29It amazes me.
20:30Come from the west coast, never ride mud, and do it better then.
20:36Your only enemy is the clock, and all of your compadres who are racing with you
20:41are just warriors against the clock.
20:43Stewart comes down the line, goes far and gets that podium.
20:464.6 back on Vermette.
20:49You should acknowledge their efforts.
20:51It actually came very naturally.
20:52He was congratulating the guys who were getting second and third.
20:55Olwen heads towards the line, fourth place.
20:59The headlines are going to be all about this man.
21:03Ace Vermette marches on in Poland.
21:07Two UCI downhill World Cup races, two wins.
21:10Vermette undefeated.
21:12In a row, for Playworks Racing, it's Ace Vermette!
21:22This trophy is so good.
21:23Hell yeah.
21:24It's okay.
21:24Nice job.
21:25That was darling.
21:26Dude, it's all right.
21:27Did you have fun?
21:28Oh, yeah.
21:29No, for sure.
21:29I was definitely like nervous, but it was, yeah.
21:32It's all right, dude.
21:34Your mom told me to give you a big hug at first.
21:38I didn't tear anything off.
21:39I just left it on.
21:40Just ran it, dude.
21:41Ran it.
21:42Juniors, they can look through anything.
21:45A classic hero's journey.
21:48The OG blueprint for every rags to riches zero to hero story.
21:52So that should put us right around the...
21:54Ooh, there we are.
21:56Time for a major test.
21:58We had two great wins, and then you have to start to think,
22:01well, this isn't going to go on forever.
22:03There's going to be a stumbling block.
22:11Race three, he learnt that you don't have to ride at 110%,
22:14and that was what he did.
22:17A lapse in concentration there for points leader Vermette.
22:21And then he thought he saw a red flag.
22:23Doesn't want to get disqualified, so he stops.
22:25Is Vermette just stopping out on track?
22:29No, I'm not sure what he's seen.
22:36Val de Soli was all about coming in with an injury.
22:39He had a sore shoulder from a crash.
22:41And how to manage your results
22:43so that you don't lose too many points
22:45and you stay in the race for the overall.
22:48Oh, no!
22:50Oh, my...
22:51He's got to calm down here a little bit.
22:53Got to be patient here and be smart.
22:55Link this track together.
22:56You can't override Val de Sol.
22:58It'll make you pay.
22:59You can see Ace is a little bit grumpy with second,
23:01but it'll just fuel the fire moving forward.
23:04Every race is an opportunity to learn.
23:06And here again, we're in France.
23:14Oh, no!
23:15Vermette goes down.
23:17Huge crash.
23:18Three seconds up as well.
23:21All that sort of racecraft is something that, as a junior,
23:24you use these two years as a learning process
23:27to come in and say,
23:28wow, I really screwed that up.
23:30I won't ever do that again.
23:31And when I get to my elite career,
23:33I've already made that mistake.
23:37These things look like rental bikes.
23:39Rental bikes, rental lids.
23:42Just a full tourist.
23:45He was becoming more and more valuable,
23:47and I knew more teams were looking at him.
23:56For short, Acer was approached by other teams
23:59and some big marquee names.
24:01Went knocking on the door.
24:04I wrote Acer's contract.
24:06If the contract was ever to be sold mid-term,
24:09that's up to Nico,
24:10if Acer was willing and his family.
24:14All right.
24:15Right here.
24:19There we go.
24:22The one team that went to him directly
24:24and didn't talk to us beforehand,
24:26he responded saying,
24:27I'm really happy where I am.
24:28Thanks for your interest.
24:30I mean, it's super sick having all the big teams
24:33coming after me that I've been watching
24:34since I've been a little kid watching
24:36all the World Cups and stuff,
24:38but I'm super stoked where I am now.
24:40It would have been great for any kid to get a call
24:42that he got.
24:43They would have been really honored.
24:45I feel like what we lack in resource,
24:48we make up in elbow grease.
24:49Yeah.
24:50This is pretty much the only team I've ever been on,
24:52so anything is better than what I had.
24:56I'm not worried one bit about squandering Acer's talent.
24:58We're able to give him what he needs to do his best
25:01and not hold him back from achieving his full potential.
25:06Oh, shit.
25:06That one.
25:07Sketchy.
25:08The first one was way better.
25:17When you look at juniors in general,
25:20the first thing they want to do is measure themselves
25:21against elites on the same track on the same day.
25:25Welcome to the 2024 U.S. Downhill National Championship.
25:37A special turn of events as USA Cycling have granted
25:41a junior entry into the elite category.
25:44That's right.
25:45Asa Vermette, only 17, will be racing against the big boys
25:48from the World Cup circuit.
25:50Asa deep down is really competitive,
25:52but outwardly he's so humble.
25:56He knows what he can do on the bike
25:57and he really wants to show how fast he is
26:01in the healthiest way possible.
26:09He always says that he just wants to do his best
26:11and have fun and the results will come.
26:13Have a good one.
26:14You got, like, your run yesterday.
26:17Take away the mistakes and the whip.
26:19And the one.
26:20So just do your best run, you'll be good.
26:22Just sweet talk that turns out a bit.
26:25Good.
26:25All right, good.
26:26All right, good luck.
26:28I think he really does have fun
26:30and genuinely loves riding his bike.
26:32And the more he can keep that going,
26:35the better he's going to do.
26:39Yeah, dog.
26:40Get south.
26:41Have one deeper.
26:41I'm better.
26:43See you tomorrow.
26:44Bye-bye.
26:45Have fun.
26:46Yeah.
26:51The top American racers have crossed the line,
26:54blistering past yesterday's ball buying times.
26:56And with such a short track,
26:58the margin of error here is all but inexistent
27:01to be crowned the fastest rider in the Stars and Stripes.
27:08And here he goes.
27:10One of the best in seating means this youngster is dropping
27:13when the pressure is really cranked up.
27:15A result against elites can change the conversation.
27:18Right now, though,
27:19Vermette floating through these rock sections.
27:23Look at this pace.
27:24He's going to need every bit of that talent and race craft
27:27in a field of experienced winners.
27:36Flawless turning technique right there.
27:42Vermette wants this.
27:43Pedals non-stop from the air to the finish line.
27:47He goes fastest with a 151.
27:50That is crazy.
27:54Austin Dooley last to drop on the hunt for that title,
27:58but can he beat Asa Vermette's inspired run?
28:03The elites have left it all between the tape.
28:05Is it time for a changing of the guard?
28:11152, meaning the junior entry exception,
28:14is your 2024 US elite champion.
28:19The fastest man on track today.
28:27Yeah, dude.
28:28Holy shit.
28:29Dude, fuck yeah, dude.
28:31That's awesome.
28:33Awesome.
28:34I'm so freaking around, dude.
28:36Good job.
28:40Nice.
28:43For a while he was going to L.A. Fitness with his mom.
28:46How would a lot of these guys feel to get their ass kicked
28:48by a little kid going to L.A. Fitness with his mom?
28:55I think a lot of other teams put pressure on riders to do things their way.
28:59And I've done my best to let Asa make his own decisions.
29:04I do think there's a lot of little things that he could do better, but I want to save those.
29:09Let him enjoy it.
29:10Let him be a kid.
29:11Let it come incrementally.
29:14Turn it around.
29:15Yeah.
29:15Okay.
29:16Hold on a second.
29:17This is your throat down.
29:19That's funny.
29:21Like I said, I wanted him to not hang drywall or roof or build decks.
29:25I wanted him to do what he loved for a living.
29:27And he's doing it.
29:30I think all this other stuff just comes along with him just being 100% devoted to biking
29:35and wanting to be the fastest guy in the world.
29:38You know?
29:41I've stayed for a while as long as you know.
29:46I pictured like holding this thing and now I'm actually holding it to this thing.
29:50A lot of people are proud of him.
29:52And now look at him now, you know?
29:54I don't know.
29:54It's awesome.
29:56When I was like 12, 13, just watching World Cup videos, like that's like insane.
30:01Like those guys are on the next level and to actually be here is, yeah, crazy.
30:05Such a dream of mine.
30:06If you're gonna come back, Brad, what did you need there?
30:12Yes, sir, dude.
30:15Yeah, doggy.
30:16Thanks.
30:19I'm super proud.
30:21I mean, not that it was worth it doing all this with him because I would have done it
30:24anyways, but I'm glad.
30:28I'm glad I did it all.
30:29You know, and his mom.
30:32Yeah.
30:34It's pretty rad.
30:44It's a team that is built around winning.
30:46You only have so much time to perform.
30:49Come on, Martin.
30:50That puts an element of tension and expectation.
30:54If you're not winning, that gets heavy.
30:56Oh, fuck.
30:58There is always a clock on an athlete.
31:01I've been on the grind.
31:04Didn't get much sleep in my life.
31:12Ain't got no witnesses.
31:15I'm feeling that heat in the night.
31:18Yeah.
31:18It's pretty that easy.
31:23Can you help me?
31:23I'm feeling it.
31:26I'm feeling it.
31:26You can have so much sleep.
31:27I do.
