00:32This includes immediate support like basic commodities, transportation, and safe accommodation,
00:38with DMW Secretary Hans Leo Kakdak confirming the availability of a P2 billion action fund.
00:47Meanwhile, the Department of Transportation and the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board
00:52are finalizing the documentation for a P2.5 billion fuel subsidy for public utility vehicle or PUV operators and drivers.
01:04This subsidy will be distributed once the price of crude oil hits the $80 per barrel threshold in the world
