Using homemade pork sausage and fresh pasta, you’ll be enjoying all of the comforts of a sophisticated Italian dinner without leaving the house. In this video, Chef Roscoe shows you how to make Fennell sausage pasta over the stove with a buttery cheese sauce. Not only is this an impressive meal, but it’s also easy enough to make for a weeknight.

00:03because I can control the level of fennel. I love fennel. You can get the base of all that pork
00:09flavor and it goes straight into the sauce. Pull your noodles, take some of that pasta water out,
00:13go and add some tomato sauce to that meat in the pan, go ahead and toss in some pasta water.

00:19go. Reduce that, keep it moving, add your noodles. Now it's time for a lot of fun. My favorite part,
00:25butter emulsion. The emulsion is going to make your sauce better because it's actually going
00:29to cling to your noodle because we're seeking creaminess here. With parm and some parsley,
00:33drizzled olive oil, you got a beautiful fennel sausage pasta. It has everything that's great
00:40about Italian food.
