03:19For over three years now, one case has dominated the politics of the national capital.

03:26The Delhi excise policy case, which saw the former chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and his deputy Manish Sisodia,

03:33along with several armed army party leaders, being sent to jail on charges of corruption.

03:39Well, today, a lower court in Delhi discharged Kejriwal Sisodia and had stinging words in their order

03:46for the Central Bureau of Investigation, which they said had run a shoddy investigation.

03:52Predictably, a tearful Kejriwal has claimed victory, even as the Congress alleges that there is a deal

04:00between the Modi government and Kejriwal.

04:03Whichever way you look at it, central agencies are once again in the crosshairs,

04:09being accused of being weaponized by the government to target political opponents.
