00:20Sam Mitchell is president of Skijor Canada and the driving force behind Skijor Do, a premier Skijor festival that takes
00:26place in the Calgary area.
00:27It features Skijor, fashion contests, fondue, markets, and more, and it's been drawing massive crowds the past few years.
00:34With the experience of a few events now under their belt, and with growing interest from sponsors, organizers hope they
00:40can soon spread that excitement nationwide.

00:50Independent Skijor events have already popped up in BC, and this year Skijor is making a debut in Mirabel, Quebec,
00:55just outside of Montreal.
00:56Mitchell says she'd like to take Skijor Do across the country and even beyond Canadian borders.
