00:00One of the days, especially this afternoon, we're going to be talking about the things that you understand, scrutiny, essentially
00:06in your business and having that defensibility from my business operations side.
00:10So we're going to really focus on that when we get out to the other side and have a bit
00:16of a deep dive into your own businesses.
00:18I'll provide the frameworks, I'll provide the technical basis that we can talk about technical stuff, no problems, but you
00:25all have very different businesses with many different species.
00:30So I need to talk somewhat generally about what's happening across businesses and then it's going to be up to
00:37you guys to apply that within your own business.
00:39Now, when we're having a beer or we're having a barbecue later tonight or whatever it is, if we want
00:43to go into that detail and that nuance within what you're doing, then let's do that.
00:49The other one that I will just address is that every business has different problems or risks or opportunities or
00:56advantages and good things and amazing things.
01:00And we need you to understand what those are within your own business because once you understand what your good
01:08and your bad are individually, then we can help make sure we cement and double down on the things that
01:13are really, really good in your business.
01:15Not forget about them.
01:16Do your core business really, really well, but make sure that we understand where our gaps are so you can
01:20focus on where those are to lift them up because that's obviously where you're exposed to scrutiny.
01:26Now, again, every business will be different.
01:28So I have to talk at a level that is, for some of you, you know, if I'm talking about
01:32infrastructure, it won't be relevant because you've got new yards.
