00:00Obviously, you're celebrating the, you know, magnificent accomplishments that you guys had over the Olympics.
00:05But you spoke about President Trump's comments about, you know, inviting you guys to the White House.
00:11Don't mean to detract from the celebration, but curious if you had any further comments, anything else you'd like to
00:15add about that?
00:16No, I just thought the joke was distasteful and unfortunate.
00:21And I think, you know, just the way women are represented, it's a great teaching point to really shine light
00:27on how women should be championed for their amazing feats.
00:32And now I have to sort of sit, and anybody has to sit in front of you and explain someone
00:36else's behavior.
00:37It's not my responsibility.
00:40So.
00:44But what is, is shifting the focus and shifting the narrative of this amazing accomplishment that we all did together.
00:51And granted, the men's and the women's team did it together, and that is super special.
00:55It's never been done in our program's history.
00:57It's something we're extremely proud about.
00:58But these women are amazing.
01:01And whatever is going on should never outshine or minimize their work and our success on the world stage.
01:09This was the best American women's hockey team, the best American team we've ever put together on a world stage
01:17when the lightest, when the lights have been the brightest ever.
01:20And so, I think everybody felt that, you know, going through the tournament.
01:24And I want to celebrate.
01:25I want people to be remembered for that.
01:27I want the legacy of this team to be remembered.
01:30And so, that's what I'm trying to, you know, shift the narrative on and really focus and championing what we've
01:35done and what we've accomplished the last two and a half weeks together.
01:38And so, I want people to be remembered.
01:41And so, I want people to be remembered.
01:41And so, I want people to be remembered.
01:43And so, I want people to be remembered.
01:43And so, I want people to be remembered.
01:44And so, I want people to be remembered.
