00:00Everything that makes London one of the best cities in the world, everything that
00:04has built the fabric and foundation of all the things that I love about this
00:10city, is a direct result of immigration and I will always say that, pro-immigration
00:15all the way. Well London has always been in a city of immigration since the Tudor
00:19times so the idea that you know somehow they shouldn't be here is just it's a
00:23nonsense. That's why it's it's a financial hub, it's because of the
00:29people who came here. I don't care if they felt that we were a safe space and
00:32they felt that this was somewhere to come, nobody leaves everything they know
00:36for no reason and I think we ought to be proud to be a place that people want to
00:41come to for safety. I think it's also indicative of a much bigger global
00:47situation and kind of demonising individuals for that structural
00:53situation is unfair at best and dangerous at worst.
