00:05oh my god across the United States this is full dude buried in out-of-control
00:13hordes holy amen there are treasures you can't even begin to imagine oh my god I'm
00:24Matt Paxton and my team and I are cleaning out properties rain and poop
00:28looking for big scores holy one-of-a-kind we found oh for our clients and ourselves and if my
00:37instincts
00:37are right I think this is legit everyone wins 82,000 so like I say is Wow hundred and ten
00:48thousand
00:48dollars I can't believe this is the same house three hundred and twenty thousand dollars
01:05we're in the country you guys this week we're heading on south to Dixie to check
01:10out two potential clients first up is in King North Carolina deep in the heart of tobacco country
01:18going to meet Jen and Jeff they're actually a newlywed couple Jen is a badass she was a deputy
01:25sheriff and a 911 operator she was married to a guy named Cliff and he passed away about seven
01:31years ago so their house was just filled with their life then she fell in love with a guy
01:36named Jeff six years later and they just got married and so now he's moved into the house
01:41with all of his stuff you know she's happy to celebrate her past marriage but she's also ready
01:46to move forward his nickname was biggin he had this property here we got engaged and I moved my things
01:58here
01:58which was a lot of stuff he was a avid collector he liked collecting guns there's a huge array of
02:07amps
02:08guitars because he played in a band you can't move in there you cannot see over it that's my biggest
02:15concern it looks like it is packed yeah and when he passed away I wasn't looking to find anybody else
02:24but I did two and a half years later I remarried his name is Jeff and that brought in a
02:30third household
02:31and into my home this collection is outdoors man cave rock and roll it's all over the place can't go
02:39that way you can't go that way so what you gonna do I have the original 45 record albums that
02:46the
02:46Beatles sent to United States radio stations whoa is that good that could be really good okay it's very
02:53stressful and it's very overwhelming I'm ready to let it go they just got too much stuff holding them
03:00back there's a lot of potential to make some big money at this property Jenny and Jeff were both on
03:06the
03:07police force so we need to keep a lookout for any of those guns there's also a guitar collection and
03:12speaking of collections those beetle 45s are stashed somewhere if they're original demos they
03:18could be very rare and worth a lot of money hey hey hey hey look at this guy hello welcome
03:27to King
03:27North Carolina I want to get these guys looking around the property why don't you guys go check out the
03:35shop and I think you can check out the carport I'll check out the house in the garage I'll meet
03:39you guys around back cool thanks I get to go inside where it's warm that's right no lights so flashlights
03:47at all lights so we gotta use flashlights well that's gonna make things a lot tougher down here
03:57there's no power in this basement at all but this room although there's no power it is chocked full of
04:05profit I'm seeing a bunch of good amps I have got amps okay you got a bunch this is great
04:15it's one thing
04:16for someone to collect a guitar it's even better when you find guitars from real musicians Jen and
04:22Cliff we're in a band together for multiple years that's when you know they're good instruments and
04:26that means more profit for them more profit for us that's good for me oh and I see a massive
04:31safe
04:32yes in this safe I have got a bunch of shotguns okay rifles a lot of ammunition okay it's all
04:38that for
04:39sale yes perfect yes this gun safe is huge getting a gun previously owned by a police officer is kind
04:47of like getting a car previously owned by a mechanic you know it's badass and if the guns inside are
04:53in
04:53good working order we could potentially make a lot of money if we could sell them we want to see
04:58more
04:58yeah take a look at this room because next time it's gonna get worse okay we need to see what's
05:10in
05:10the back part of the workshop you want to boost or you we can't even get a foot inside it
05:16is packed
05:16are you one second think that I'm good I see some things that look pretty promising but then I just
05:26see a lot of trash it's a nice boat the amount of stuff under this carport I'm really gonna have
05:38to suck in my stomach and shimmy through it so far I found a boat and a couple toys for
05:43kids from a
05:44Ducati bike all the way to remote control race cars I'm about to clean this out first to make space
05:50for
05:50the garage all right so in here is my two-car garage I'd like to reclaim when you're right it
05:58really is uh it's the whole house yeah so we're looking at a lot of tools toys games a lot
06:06of tool
06:06there's a bunch of boxes yeah what's in all the boxes I don't know okay this is going to be
06:12a
06:12treasure hunt with the emphasis on hunt but we have to be careful because inside any of them could
06:18potentially be those Beatles 45s everything associated with the Beatles is so expensive we
06:28couldn't even afford five seconds of one of their songs sorry about that maybe next season in the
06:36history of rock and roll there's never been a bigger act than the Beatles between 1963 and 1970 the four
06:43chaps from Liverpool sold out stadiums and dominated the charts with over 600 million records sold to
06:50date worldwide unsurprisingly Beatles memorabilia is a massive draw for collectors with one of the most
06:56sought-after items being their demos pressed on 45-inch records which feature unreleased songs or early
07:03unpolished versions of their hits in 2011 a demo of their debut single love me do sold for $17,000
07:11at auction
07:14all right let me go find the guys I'll see you in a few all right thank you all right
07:19come on
07:20you find anything good over there a couple of bikes initiated some child toys what's up guys
07:27hey what's going on Matt this looks easy yeah piece of cake there is no electricity in the basement
07:35so no lights no AC so it looked like it wasn't that bad I'm kind of up in the air
07:39I don't know
07:41why are you in there she mentioned a few killer guitars in the basement and I saw a massive gun
07:45safe but no lights so I can't guarantee it yeah it'll depend on what kind of guns are in the
07:52safe and if
07:53we can find those Beatles demos if both of those pan out this could be a big payday if not
07:58this job
07:59might be a bust the carport we got a boat okay bicycles stuff like that over there a lot of
08:05woodworking equipment in here and a ton of tools if we were got a good deal what do you think
08:09you'd
08:09be at total on cleanup I'm thinking about eight thousand dollars so we can do the cleanup in three
08:17days assuming we find all the target items and they're legit those would be worth about 35 to 45 K
08:23oh I mean just in the woodworking equipment and tools I feel pretty confident there's there's at
08:29least five okay so we think we're at fifty thousand on profit let me go talk to him and see
08:33what I can
08:33do all right the guys got me convinced that there's some good value in the house but with a cleanup
08:39this
08:39big hopefully we can make a deal with the potential clients all right guys we got some good news okay
08:45we
08:46definitely want to do it awesome we'll clean out the basement the garage and all of the shop oh my
08:53gosh that's awesome all right we think we're probably around eight thousand on expenses that's putting a
08:59lot of extra cushion for trash sales I mean I think we could be over 50 oh awesome everywhere you
09:06look you
09:07see more hunting stuff you see more guns you see you know it's like wait a minute there's five grand
09:10there's three grand so I mean I think we're conservative on the 50 honestly so I think it's a good
09:15deal
09:15we'd want to be at 50 50 after cleanup costs 50 50 60 40 60 40 yeah let's do it
09:29you got a deal
09:32let me shake his hand I'm gonna hug him when we're done hey I think we can do this I'll
09:36get the guys
09:36we'll get started right down all right thanks guys all right bye bye
09:43there are a lot of areas to hit on this property so we're gonna spread out while Kalen starts in
09:48the
09:48workshop Chris is gonna start in the carport Mike and I are headed to the basement to see what we
09:53can
09:53find hiding in the dark down there I'm seeing amps I'm seeing guitar strings what do I not see yet
10:02guitars guitars let's find them we know they're in here somewhere I'll tell you what I am super excited
10:07to see these musical instruments and depending on what they've got they could have some real value
10:12here supposedly there's a Rickenbacker bass born in 1957 the Rickenbacker bass didn't just keep rhythm
10:22it redefined it with its signature growl McCartney made it sing Geddy Lee made it scream and Lemmy made
10:29it dangerous these bases are built different the biggest sale for a Rickenbacker bass was a 4001 model
10:35when it sold for an incredible three hundred and twenty five thousand dollars in 2021 my god dude
10:43what do you got empty guitar back oh that's a bummer yeah well we'll probably find something to put in
10:51it though old banjo an old banjo it's really old wow it's seen better days believe it or not someone
11:00will buy that as decoration all right oh here we go just found our first oh damn look at that
11:09what we
11:10got here this is a fender squire strat not their flagship model though fender gets me interested it's a
11:16great guitar all right don't get me wrong my god dude oh yeah look at this bad boy number three
11:28oh yeah little three gallon crock or pickling crock yeah whoa this is an acoustic guitar look at that
11:36let's see what does this say matrix it's beautiful again good solid guitar not a Les Paul or okay so
11:47what's that gonna sell for this will sell for a few hundred dollars okay so far we're finding some solid
11:52instruments but I know Jen and Cliff were serious musicians so I'm confident there's gonna be some
11:59better stuff here somewhere oh yeah dude okay look at this oh I don't know what I'm looking at tell
12:07me this is a Paul Reed Smith Paul Reed Smith is a high-end guitar maker a lot of the
12:12greats play
12:13Paul Reed Smith like Santana is probably one of the most famous okay I would doubt this is anything less
12:19than two or three thousand dollars Wow I was starting to fret but that guitar is music to my ears
12:25oh
12:26oh do bro do bro you know that's my rap name do bro I've heard that holy cow dude all
12:36right well I
12:36can tell you right now this is a base you can tell already yeah oh man if this is a
12:42rickenbacker base
12:42we could be slapping the base all the way to the bank all right let's just put this here
13:02look at this oh my god do you know what we have here a pretty sweet base this is a
13:11rickenbacker
13:134003 this is huge I mean they're not the most valuable but some of the most notable bassists of
13:19all time have played rickenbackers I'm talking Paul McCartney and Lemmy that's gonna make it really
13:24easy when it comes time to sell this base this is one of the most iconic bases I don't want
13:28to say
13:28ever but it's in the top 10 yeah this is a big deal this is a big deal probably a
13:33six are already
13:34just between what we found if we get the amps working that's gonna add a lot more value okay so
13:40you're gonna get all the instruments out yep I'll get them tested tuned and ready to sell finding
13:45these guitars is huge but we still need to find out what types of guns are in the safe and
13:51we still
13:52need to find these Beatles demos while the team finishes cleaning out the workshop and the carport
13:57I'm gonna take a quick trip up to Oak Ridge Tennessee home from the National Laboratory the Manhattan
14:05Project and inspiration for stranger things it's a cool but weird town I'm excited to meet Jenny and
14:12Craig our next set of potential clients Craig I'm stuck okay hold on I'm gonna repel in that's not a
14:20good
14:20sound if I fall we're not gonna have any more kids there's like nowhere to walk in our house just
14:25going from room to room you are tripping over things we're a family of collectors is the nice way of
14:32putting it I don't know if there's any nice way to put it growing up my dad collected everything he
14:39collected cards he collected Funko pops he collected figures and so I wound up being just like my dad 35
14:45years later it turns into the insanity of our home situation right now this house when we first found it
14:53and moved into it was really and truly my dream house we have three children that still live at home
14:59hey
15:00Nathan you're gonna have to reach around here huh oh can you get it thank you got it you're welcome
15:05and
15:05I think that they would really like this to be a house where they could bring their friends and
15:10entertain from the looks of the videos this house is full and they've got what seems to look like one
15:18of the better collections we've ever come across they have piles of signed sports jerseys a huge Funko
15:25pop collection and I hear they have a hockey stick signed by the great one Wayne Gretzky
15:32hello good to see you Jenny good to finally meet you in person finally meet you good to see you
15:38guys
15:38so much for coming down okay there's a lot of stuff to see in here there is so what room
15:47is this it was our
15:49dining room okay yes and now it's this okay you got a big family where does the family sit we
15:57kind of just
15:58all grab a plate from the kitchen and disperse so the goal is to get the space back to get
16:03the whole
16:04house back okay well let's keep walking all right I'm gonna follow you out so yeah this is technically
16:10our living room okay the living room looks like an enormous bomb went off and the bomb was filled
16:17with football jerseys give me a percentage wise how much of these you think are autographed 20 25%
16:22at least all right I dig it because there's a lot of money in here man it's gonna take a
16:27long time to
16:27sort through all this but I'm really positive I'll be able to sell this stuff and really make some good
16:32money I'm assuming this is the worst of the rooms is there anything else oh I would say the garage
16:36is probably worse all right take me there it's pretty bad we haven't been able to get in here in
16:45a long time
16:46got lacrosse gear there are a bunch of collectibles in there all right I think I know the deal we
16:53can
16:53make get outside where we can actually stand okay cool that's great this house doesn't have any junk but it
16:59has a ton of stuff every inch matters in this house and we could make a lot of money if
17:06we do it
17:06right okay we want to do this house we want you to do this we want house you know gosh
17:14I mean we could go
17:14anywhere from 50,000 to 100,000 depending upon what jerseys we find in there right so I'm really intrigued
17:21about the profit side of this other than the garage I think this is gonna be a pretty inexpensive clean
17:26out okay so I'm thinking six to eight thousand on the clean out okay for me I'd want to do
17:32a 50-50 split
17:34it's kind of hoping more like a 70-30 60-40 kind of a thing we do want to look
17:39forward to you know
17:41helping our kids college education everything else so but I could do 60-40 how would you guys feel about
17:46that all right I'm excited we got a good deal for both of us I'm gonna go back to the
17:58other job
17:58we're gonna finish that job up look back in a few days all right plan awesome thank you guys I'm
18:13feeling optimistic about Craig and Jenny's Jersey Hall but back in North Carolina it took a full day to
18:20clean out the workshop and the carport we need to start making some money fast so Mike and I are
18:27gonna start selling what we've already found this is an awesome decanter set I love it what are you
18:31willing to do bargain wise I'm at four he tell me three I would do that cash yeah you got
18:37a deal
18:37man boom three you knew what you wanted congrats dude you got all three thank you we've got a great
18:42collection here about 21 pieces universal monsters and the Munsters I'm at twelve hundred dollars for
18:49the lot can you do a thousand you got yourself a deal Bobby that's what you're doing man I love
18:55it I love it
18:58you got some silver coins in here
19:05Mike hmm come here I'm getting some old Wii stuff here
19:08sports and Wii Sports Resort actually these sell okay let's see if I get these more pamphlets I think
19:15uh-oh whoa these are not the pamphlets
19:19hold on I'm gonna put this down put that down dude
19:25you see what this is I see the Beatles dude love me do
19:30dude these in decent condition I mean so far the one I just looked at was these don't look like
19:36demos though we just found the Beatles records and these are not commercial releases all right so
19:42these are 45 she was talking about right so what's something like this gonna go man all right well I
19:46got
19:46some good news and some bad news okay these are not demos okay these are promotional copies a big
19:53difference this is the final version of the record just not intended to be sold so they would send it
20:00out to radio stations and and record shops so they could let people hear it and but it's still a
20:07limited run yes absolutely while these demos are made from a limited run thousands were made so
20:12unfortunately they're not worth a lot today hey guys how you doing yeah we're good we're hoping to sell a
20:22boat family is definitely ready to get rid of it it was in the water last year and most importantly
20:27I got the title for the trailer and the boat all right what are you asking for they're hoping around
20:3413,000 it needs a little bit of cosmetic definitely some cleaning up need some cleaning up I'm thinking
20:44nine we're halfway through the clean out and we've got a lot of the target items we have not found
20:50yet so
20:51right now I'm looking to make every dollar possible in case those items don't pan out would you do
20:5612 no I'm pretty far well nine hoping around 13,000 I'm thinking nine how about 11 no I'm gonna
21:10be around nine nine
21:11I was really hoping to get 13 grand for this boat but this guy is not budging and right now
21:16I can't
21:17afford to let any sales walk away nine so negotiating we will usually go back and forth how about 11
21:23I got nine nine sounds like a good number uh you know you got nine cash I do done you
21:31got a deal man
21:32awesome hot damn all right you got a boat
21:42it's day three and the crew has made progress cleaning out the rooms in the basement while we
21:46try to sell anything and everything that we have got about 13 dollars here 200 bucks and you got a
21:52deal
21:52there you go hey thank you meanwhile I'm having Jen open up that gun safe so we can see what
21:57we're
21:57dealing with holy cow girl shotguns rifles you're protected down here man my own little armory
22:06have you fired any of these guns lately I haven't fired any of these lately a lot of these have
22:10been
22:10in here for some for a while okay all right maybe we'll clean one out test it just make sure
22:14we know
22:14we had before we can do that a thousand dollar gun that doesn't work immediately turns into a twenty
22:19dollar wall decoration so although we do have a safe full of guns we have to see if they fire
22:25first
22:27great to see you my man you too man a lot of times when we find instruments they're either
22:33high-end collector's pieces that you don't want to touch or just trash these guitars aren't
22:39autographed or even collector's items but what they are are high quality instruments in perfect
22:44condition we're gonna make big bucks
22:53rosewood fretboard beautiful inlay mother of pearl yes I think this thing is selling itself
22:59yeah yeah no doubt so for everything here all the guitars the amp where are you at well
23:11how about six thousand dollars six thousand dollars you know what I think we can make that work this is
23:20a
23:20great price for these instruments and knowing that they're going to someone who will continue to use
23:25them will definitely make Jen happy how does that look ah this looks great
23:35gun's hot we pulled some serious firepower out of Jen's gun safe but to get the best price possible
23:42we have to see if they fire first we have our shotgun and then we have our rifle fortunately we
23:47have a gun
23:48expert in Jen herself so we can legally and safely test these guns out without leaving the property
23:56oh there we go I say it every week I got the best job in the world damn that thing
24:08has got some kick
24:09today we learned two big things one these guns are in great shape and we should be able to sell
24:16for a
24:17lot of money and two Jen is an even bigger badass than we thought oh we're good to go
24:34all right Tyron thanks for coming man I know you're interested in the knives yeah okay okay so
24:381400 for everything what's a hundred let's do 13. 13 cash yeah you got a deal man 15 cash all
24:45right
24:45thank you man I've got some great records here and I'll give you first crack at them well I appreciate
24:51the call it looks like some interesting stuff all promo Beatles records wow I'm the walrus
24:57lady Madonna in reasonably good shape let's say 2,500 that sounds good all right all right
25:19Dennis good to meet you man thanks for coming down I hear you're interested in the whole collection the
25:24whole collection we have five rifles and two shotguns I'm hoping 10 for everything that includes all the
25:29ammo that's a little steep I was thinking somewhere around four four thousand dollars for all these
25:37guns is a less than ideal price for this collection but we're running out of time and I need this
25:42sale
25:43to go through um a couple of them are worth a thousand each so I don't think I would do
25:47four
26:03all right guys a lot of work this week I gotta I gotta be honest I underestimated this one but
26:10I think
26:10you're gonna be happy with what we did all right let's go check it out all right guys not only
26:20did we
26:21clear everything out but Kaelin was able to get the lights working down here this is great there is
26:26space from the man cave ceiling have Dallas Cowboy game on well if you're gonna watch your team lose
26:33at least now you can do it in a clean space keep going oh I can't wait oh my god
26:43a lot of space now
26:46yeah I have never ever seen it this plane I don't know how you did it I really don't well
26:53we worked
26:54you sure did amazed how a short period of time it took to do the job I mean it would
27:00have took us
27:0020 years forever all right just remember how this looked when we started oh my gosh Lord have mercy
27:09oh my gosh bless your heart oh do you want to hear about the numbers okay yes I hoped to
27:18get to 50,000
27:22but because of the weight in this room our cost did go up on trash so we were at 13
27:27,000
27:28dang that's a lot I hoped to get to 50,000 we sold a boat we sold some guitars we
27:40sold some records what
27:42helped us get our gold were the guns we sold all the rifles for eight thousand dollars oh my gosh
27:48oh my
27:49all right we actually had total sales just around 49,000 oh wow because of the weight in
27:58this room our cost did go up on trash so we were at 13,000 okay on the clean out
28:03so that left 36,000
28:05oh my god split 60 40 that's 21,600 dollars for you 14,000 for us oh my gosh this
28:16is a lot of damn
28:18money you guys that is yours oh my god Kalani that's a lot of treats my girl yeah thank you
28:26I really can't well you can by not filling this space back up cliff is telling me and I can
28:33hear
28:34it in my heart you finally did it I knew you could do it I love you guys can't thank
28:39you enough I'm
28:41leaving you guys to enjoy this space it's y'all's space thank you all right brother thank you thank
28:45you brother yeah enjoy it awesome here awesome awesome oh my golly
28:58with Jen's house complete the team and I are headed to Oak Ridge Tennessee to start tackling Jenny and
29:04Craig's massive collections we have to go through all the jerseys sort through all their funko pops
29:09and we have to keep our eyes peeled for that signed Wayne Gretzky hockey stick there we go
29:14all right guys thanks for being here just pass it out just passing the letters with any garage like
29:26this you just want to make two feet of empty space and then you start moving stuff around throw the
29:31trash out make an extra foot before you know it you'll have an empty garage
29:37okay oh look at this it's a bicycle build for two I wish I had a buddy that would ride
29:42a bike with me man
29:42you got it buddy
29:46all right what do we have here all right so we have a mini helmet that's signed I'm assuming Isaac
29:54Ratcliffe I don't know that player by name when I'm assessing the collection I'm looking for who the
30:00player is what team they're on again a bunch of signatures even the ones I can read are people that
30:07I've
30:07never heard of was it an important game or event is it a game used jersey and is it autograph
30:13what we
30:14really need to find are some big name stars all right
30:21what the heck oh I think Craig and his brother played hockey let's see
30:31let's see
30:35let's see oh this wasn't his brother's hockey stick I'll tell you that much this is this is the goat
30:42wayne gretzky this is amazing they call wayne gretzky the great one for good reason
30:49greatest hockey player of all time
30:50rebound
30:52gretzky scores
30:5320 seasons in the nhl with four teams
30:56he earned the most career points in nhl history
30:59nine mvps and four stanley cups
31:02his autograph stick used in the 1988 stanley cup finals sold for an astonishing $336,000
31:11right off the bat I don't think this was game used there's no tape on it and it looks to
31:15be in
31:15pretty much unused condition this stick it's a souvenir stick it was never used in a game
31:22which hurts its value the good news is his signature is still highly sought after so if this is a
31:28real
31:28autograph we should be able to sell it for a decent price all right I'm gonna set this aside and
31:33keep
31:34digging through here these books can go out
31:38nah I didn't go in the yard
31:40so far in the garage we're finding a lot of memorabilia that's not really worth very much
31:46oh man Thanksgiving Day Parade I'm hoping if we keep digging deeper we're gonna find some treasures
31:54oh
31:58holy crap dude
32:00a tony hawk
32:01dude
32:03this is about a thousand dollar skateboard man
32:06oh my god
32:06this is an original pal perolta
32:09I screamed like a little boy
32:10when I found tony hawk skateboard because I was a little boy the last time I rode a tony hawk
32:15skateboard
32:16I mean it's original tony hawk got the grip bars the skid plate
32:22if you don't know you don't know if you're from that time skateboards were freedom
32:28let's see if I can still do this I don't think so
32:31nope
32:32I was ready to kickflip
32:33kickflip everybody else wanted to be Michael Jordan we didn't we wanted to be tony hawk
32:38and this was an original board
32:40I'm like speechless
32:46with day one in the bag we're able to check that garage off our list
32:51but we still need to figure out how to tackle all these jerseys and sort through all the funko pops
32:55I thought Craig had a lot of jerseys but he has a ton of funko pops
33:00most of these funko's are not going to be worth a whole lot
33:03but if we find the right ones
33:05they can be worth hundreds or thousands of dollars
33:13founded in 1988
33:14funko was created to make low-tech nostalgia themed toys with familiar licenses
33:20what started in the late 90s as a few quirky wobblers is now a pop empire
33:25the crown jewel the Willy Wonka golden ticket 2-pack
33:30only 10 were ever made and one sold for $210,000
33:36so far they all seem to be Batman
33:38well hold on this is South Park
33:42and then here's Star Wars
33:44I mean realistically we probably won't find one of those $100,000 ones here
33:49but you know we find enough
33:52$100,000 or $500 funko's and that's a great day
33:57with all this memorabilia still piling up
34:00we need to start getting this stuff sold
34:02but the reality is there's thousands of jerseys here
34:05if I'm going to make money selling signed jerseys
34:08they have to be real
34:09I'm good at spotting fakes
34:11but with this many jerseys
34:12I need an extra hand to help me sort through everything
34:15so I'm going to call my buddy Kevin in for PSA
34:18it's professional sports authentication
34:19they're the best company for sports authentication
34:22and he's the best guy in the business
34:24Kevin dude thanks for coming
34:25of course
34:26as you can tell we are underwater in this house
34:28oh yes you are
34:29alright
34:30let's start with my beloved
34:32Brian Mitchell
34:32yeah
34:33it's authentic
34:35it's authentic
34:35Carlos Boozer
34:36yeah man
34:37that is a what I would call a really sloppy in person autograph
34:41not what we typically see when we're authenticating his signature
34:45but I have no doubt it's real
34:47so I would say you know this is going to go for $150, $200 that's in that range
34:52this is one I'm super interested in
34:54you've got a little bit of pen skipping
34:56yeah
34:56so that technically
34:58that literally is what takes it down
34:59yeah because there's enough Wayne Gretzky signed sticks without that
35:04and those are tags
35:05wow
35:06so this would be enough
35:06this is uh
35:08these are a few good pieces I think
35:11Dennis Eckersley
35:12Fergie Jenkins
35:12Hall of Famers
35:13Nomar Garciaparra
35:14what do you think
35:15after looking at all this stuff
35:16well the good news is
35:18usually when I look at a large collection like this
35:20there's a lot of fakes
35:22yeah
35:22and that's the
35:23it's not the case here
35:25okay
35:25yeah it's the opposite
35:26everything's authentic
35:27oh thank you
35:29that is a huge win
35:31so far sales of this property
35:33haven't been what we hoped for
35:34but now that these jerseys are authenticated
35:36I think I know exactly who I can sell them to
35:38in bulk
35:40I understand you want to try and get these a little lower price
35:43but honestly like just this one figure alone
35:45this is a hundred bucks all day long
35:47I'm looking at two thousand bucks for everything
35:49all right deal
35:50thanks Brian
35:50all right thanks
35:53Jamie dude thanks for jumping on so quickly man
35:56you got it
35:57I got uh
35:58dude I got about
35:59eight hundred jerseys
36:01um
36:01Kevin from PSA has assured me
36:03that probably 90% of these signatures
36:05are real
36:06oh okay
36:07some are signed
36:08some are gained worn
36:09and we're trying to do a bulk buy on all of them
36:12yeah I took a look at some photos
36:13and I have a general idea of what you guys have
36:15I'm definitely interested
36:17what are you guys looking for
36:17for the whole lot
36:18bottom line
36:20I mean I think he would go 25,000
36:29Joe Burrows
36:30Bo Jackson

36:43that Mike found
36:44all right
36:45you got a signed Wayne Gretzky
36:46this is obviously
36:47I think this is the best thing we got
36:48that's the grail
36:50I'd probably be like four grand
36:51okay
