Crop residue burning is a major contributor to farm fires and air pollution. Through the Crop Residue Management – A Pathway to Preventing Farm Fires project, we are working closely with farmers across five villages in Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab, promoting sustainable, non-burning practices through farm mechanization and awareness.
Supported by DCB Bank, the project highlights how field-level engagement and mechanized solutions can help farmers manage crop residue effectively while protecting soil health and the environment.
This film captures real stories from the ground and the change taking shape in farmers’ fields.

Together, we are working towards cleaner air and sustainable farming.
