In rural areas, making the most of limited resources like water and land is key to farming success. Laser leveling is a climate-resilient agricultural practice used to flatten agricultural land with high precision using laser-guided equipment. It helps in saving water, time and labour, reducing input costs and ensuring better crop growth, a win-win for the farmer.

Shameem saw these benefits through the Gram Uday project. With support from the team, he used a laser leveller to prepare his field. The result was a higher bajra yield and big savings — Rs 4,000–5,000 per acre. He further levelled 4 more acres at his own cost.
