00:55looks like 32,000 protests 32,000 protesters in their own country they
01:03shot him and hung them we stopped them from hanging a lot of them with the
01:09threat of serious violence but this is some terrible people they've already
01:16developed missiles that can threaten Europe and our bases overseas and
01:21they're working to build missiles that will soon reach the United States of
01:25America after midnight hammer they were warned to make no future attempts to
01:32rebuild their weapons program in particular nuclear weapons yet they
01:37continue starting it all over we wiped it out and they want to start all over
01:42again and are at this moment again pursuing their sinister ambitions we are in
01:49negotiations with them they want to make a deal but we haven't heard those secret
01:53words we will never have a nuclear weapon my preference
02:15my preference is to solve this problem through diplomacy but one thing is
02:20certain I will never allow the world's number one sponsor of terror which they
02:25are by far to have a nuclear weapon can't let that happen
02:43and no nation should ever doubt America's resolve we have the most powerful
02:49military on earth I rebuilt the military in my first term we're going to continue to do
02:55so also we just approved a trillion dollar budget we have no choice we have to be
03:00strong because hopefully we will sell them have to use this great power that we
03:06built together it's really called peace through strength and it's been very very
03:11effective
03:25so thanks to Republican in Congress we're investing that record number of dollars have no choice in the United States
03:34Armed Forces also creating a lot of jobs but we're not even doing it for that reason because as I
03:41said we have more than the
03:41jobs more jobs more people working today than ever before in the history of our country and NATO countries are
03:47friends and allies they are they're our friends and they're our allies have just agreed at my very strong request
03:54to pay five percent of GDP for military defense rather than the two percent which they weren't paying we were
04:02paying for almost all of them now they're paying five as opposed to not paying for
04:16and getting that five percent was something which everyone said would never be done could not happen we got it
04:21really easily with one meeting and big difference between two percent that's not paid we were paying the freight of
04:29many of them very few were paid up now five percent then they're paid and everything we send over to
04:35Ukraine
04:36Ukraine is sent through NATO and they pay us in full they pay us totally in full every branch of
04:44our armed forces is setting records for recruitment this is so exciting and every service member recently
