The arena erupted as Trump blended politics and sports in a moment that had fans cheering and critics talking.

00:00Our country is winning again.
00:02In fact, we're winning so much that we really don't know what to do about it.
00:08People are asking me, please, please, please, Mr. President, we're winning too much.
00:13We can't take it anymore.
00:15We're not used to winning in our country.
00:17Until you came along, we're just always losing, but now we're winning too much.
00:22And I say, no, no, no, you're going to win again.
00:26You're going to win big.
00:27You're going to win bigger than ever.
00:30And to prove that point, to prove that point, here with us tonight is a group of winners
00:35who just made the entire nation proud, the men's gold medal Olympic hockey team.
00:43Come on in.
00:58USA, USA, USA, USA
01:04USA! USA! USA!
01:51USA! USA! USA!
02:21And last year the murder rate saw its single largest decline in recorded history.
02:27This is the biggest decline, think of it, in recorded history.
02:31The lowest number in over 125 years.
02:36Year 1900.
02:37In fact, substantially before my wonderful father.
02:41I had a wonderful father, Fred.
02:44Before he was born.
02:45Substantially before he was born.
02:47That's a long time ago.
02:49He wouldn't like me to say that, but that's a long time ago.
02:53The Biden administration and its allies in Congress gave us the worst inflation in the history of our country.
03:00But in 12 months, my administration has driven core inflation down to the lowest level in more than five years.
03:08And in the last three months of 2025, it was down to 1.7%.
03:29Gasoline, which reached a peak of over $6 a gallon in some states under my predecessor.
03:35It was quite honestly, a disaster is now below $2.30 a gallon in most states.
03:41And in some places, $1.99 a gallon.
03:46And when I visited the great state of Iowa just a few weeks ago, I even saw $1.85 a
03:53gallon for gasoline.
04:06Mortgage rates are the lowest in four years and falling fast.
04:09And the annual cost of a typical new mortgage is down almost $5,000 just since I took office.
04:17One year.
04:22And low interest rates will solve the Biden created housing problem.
04:27Well, at the same time, protecting the values of those people who already own a house that really feel rich
04:33for the first time in their lives.
04:35We want to protect those values.
04:36We want to keep those values up.
04:38We're going to do both.
04:43And we are going to keep it that way.
04:46The stock market has set 53 all-time record highs since the election.
04:52Think of that.
04:52One year.
04:54Boosting pensions, 401ks, and retirement accounts for the millions and millions of Americans.
05:00They're all gaining.
05:02Everybody's up.
05:02Way up.
05:03In four long years, the last administration got less than $1 trillion in new investment in the United States.
05:11And when I say less, substantially less.
05:14In 12 months, I secured commitments for more than $18 trillion pouring in from all over the globe.
05:31Think of it.
05:33Much less than $1 trillion for four years versus much more than $18 trillion for one year.
05:39What a difference a president makes.
05:45A short time ago, we were a dead country.
05:48Now, we are the hottest country anywhere in the world.
05:51The hottest.
06:06As thousands of new businesses are forming in factories, plants, and laboratories are being built,
06:11We have added 70,000 new construction jobs in just a very short period of time.
06:17It's getting bigger and bigger and stronger.
06:20Nobody can believe what they're watching.
06:22American oil production is up by more than 600,000 barrels a day.
06:27And we just received from our new friend and partner, Venezuela, more than 80 million barrels of oil.
06:46American natural gas production is at an all-time high because I kept my promise to drill, baby, drill.
07:06More Americans are working today than at any time in the history of our country.
07:12Think about that.
07:13Any time in the history of our country more working today.
07:16And 100% of all jobs created under my administration have been in the private sector.
07:35We ended DEI in America.
07:50We cut a record number of job-killing regulations.
07:53And in one year, we have lifted 2.4 million Americans, a record off of food stamps.
08:10And for all of these reasons, I say tonight, members of Congress, the state of our union is strong.
08:38Our country is winning again.
08:40In fact, we're winning so much that we really don't know what to do about it.
08:46People are asking me, please, please, please, Mr. President, we're winning too much.
08:51We can't take it anymore.
08:53We're not used to winning in our country.
08:55Until you came along, we're just always losing.
08:58But now we're winning too much.
09:00And I say, no, no, no.
09:02You're going to win again.
09:04You're going to win big.
09:06You're going to win bigger than ever.
09:08And to prove that point, to prove that point, here with us tonight is a group of winners
09:13who just made the entire nation proud.
09:16The men's gold medal Olympic hockey team.
09:21Come on in.
09:22We're going to win.
