00:31The Supreme Court ruled six to three that the president improperly used IEPA for much of
00:36his trade agenda, and Trump responded by announcing a new 10 percent global tariff before raising
00:41it to 15 percent.
00:43The Trump administration may have to refund tariffs already paid to the entities that paid them.
