00:07Welcome to your tour of seven apartments. Today we are in the Enfield layout on the 22nd floor.
00:16So this one faces west so you get really gorgeous sunsets. I will do a quick walk here first and
00:24you can go over the details. So here's going to be your hill country view and then you do have
00:31some of
00:31that downtown view as well. You've got a huge living space. This apartment is 874 square feet.
00:41You've got a nice L-shaped kitchen, all whirlpool stainless steel appliances. And here you've got
00:50this pantry area. You've got a nice storage closet. All the units come with nest thermostats and you
01:04have your washer and dryer here. And then moving into the bedroom, this is going to be a nice king
01:13size bedroom. Again, you've got that same gorgeous sunset looking view and a nice wide bedroom.
01:32I think in this apartment, the bathroom is really going to be the kicker. So it's probably our largest
01:39bathroom that we have in all of our apartments. You've got this huge storage area and a giant closet.
01:46You could definitely fit like a full-size mattress in here. But we'll take a look here.
01:55Huge amount of storage. And then you have your bathtub and your separate glass shower.
02:04And then your storage over the toilet, under the sink.
02:13And then we can kind of check out the balcony view as well.
02:25So this is going to be here downtown. You can see Lady Bird Lake right over there.
02:31And then you've found the west facing. We've got Coast Roots right there.
02:36And Trader Joe's is in that little area.
02:39And then we've got a new park right there in case you've got a new place.
02:45And this north facing view is going to be UT area. You can see that north facing
02:53we're going to be a lot more kind of suburban than south facing. So it's nice because
02:59obviously you're so close to downtown, but you are going to be able to have a little bit more
03:05peace and quiet than you would right in the middle of downtown.
03:08You're not going to be surrounded by one way streets. It'll be easy to drive places if you want to.
03:14But you're still going to be walking through to this whole area. This is 6th Street right here.
03:19So we have a bunch of little restaurants, bars. You can enter the Lady Bird Lake trail from this
03:26curve right here very easily. And then up on 7th Street is going to be where most of your shopping
03:32and restaurants are.
03:38And you'll be able to hear that our windows are double insulated.
03:44So as soon as you close those, it cuts out a ton of noise and allows you to live so
03:50close to the city
03:51without crazy street noise. So that's a good overview of the Enfield. 874 square feet. This one
