00:04awesome apartment. I'm so excited, like the ultimate baxter pad. It's two bedroom, two bath
00:09at 1502 square feet. It is on our 23rd floor, our top penthouse level. So as you come in,
00:16nice little entryway. Love the dark hardwood floors. This is a second bedroom or den.
00:24It could be office space. Nice, decent size. Nice built-in shelving.
00:37And as you come on in, gorgeous wide layout. You've got two full-size Whirlpool washers and dryers.
00:45These have 20-foot ceilings windows. You'll see them here in just a second.
00:49Nice quartz countertops. Whirlpool stun-sealed appliances. Because it is our loft, like also
00:55our terrace apartments, they do have the two-tone cabinetry with your gray, as well as your white.
01:01These counters are a bit different, are similar to our other counters, but they do have a bit more
01:05sparkle, as you can see. You have a full bath down here, downstairs.

01:26So as you can see, these are Florida's lane windows, 20 feet. The shades are automatic.

01:34So in front of us would be 6th street, right here.

01:50As you can see, this is a wrap-around terrace that goes across the whole apartment.
01:56You do have a little bit of bonus space, extra storage space. Maybe tuck a Christmas tree in there.
02:01As you can see, again, it is a loft, so upstairs is open to the downstairs area.

02:10We'll point out one extra thing.
02:13This is built-in sound for you, so if you want with Bluetooth or again, the connections.
02:19Or again, you can put a little audio in. These are great for a built-in speaker system.
02:22So the shades are automatic. Now we're going to head upstairs to our loft area in the second bedroom.
02:32First, you do have your big bedroom here.

02:54You do have an extra bonus space.
02:56Again, it could be a little office up here or just a second living area.

03:23Nice large walk-in closet with built-in shelving.
03:29All of our utilities are sub-metered, so you want to charge for what you spend.
03:37There's a small $1 billion admin fee added to it.
03:39We do have fiber internet with grounded communications and AT&T, so that's nice.
03:44It's the only thing you just set up separately.
03:48And remember, this is one up-hand. We only have one frost loft.
