00:00So, what kind of leader? Who should we vote for in 2028 who will continue what you've already started?
00:08Maybe you can give us a hint, Mr. President.
00:11Well, number one, somebody who understands economics.
00:16Understands economics.
00:17That's the first thing. That's the life of the person who understands how to create jobs,
00:22who understands how to keep the inflation rate down, who understands how to make food supply a given,
00:32something that you can assume.
00:34And somebody who thinks about productivity, because growth is about productivity.
00:40How do you make your working population more productive?
00:44How do you support them so they work better?
00:47How do you fix the education system so they're better trained?
00:52How do you make sure that they're healthier?
00:54How do you make sure that they don't worry about food?
00:57Those are the kind of people that we need, are the people who actually are thinking about,
01:04not politics, but how to make the country better.

01:13I always was watching, and I said, when I was walking around and being around my father,
01:18all I would hear is, we are building a nation.
01:22We are about nation building.
01:24I didn't hear that anymore.
01:26So we need to have nation builders, people who want to make the Philippines better,
01:33people who actually love the Philippines and love Filipinos and want to make things better.
01:39And that's, it boils down to, it might sound a little sentimental or emotional,
01:47but that's what you need.
01:48And of course, there has to be the element of competency.
01:52You know, love is not, it goes a long way, but it's not enough.
01:56You also have to know how to do it.
01:58You have to have some training.
02:01Or at the very least, you have to listen to people who have that training.
02:05And I...
