00:04Regions 6, 7, and 8

00:06and it was really

00:08a huge thing for us

00:10because

00:12you remember I ran under the flag of unity

00:14and we have seen

00:16and I think

00:18this is something that

00:20the local governments immediately

00:22recognized that

00:24we can really get very much

00:26done if we work together

00:28if we fight,

00:30if we oppose,

00:32if we block,

00:34we look for ways to block

00:36so we can get political

00:38points,

00:40nothing will happen to us

00:42so we should put those

00:44attempts to one side

00:46and stay together

00:48and this is a big, big block

00:50this is the Visayas block

00:52and with that

00:54with them as our partners in the national government

00:56there's so much that we can do

00:58and I'm very grateful to

01:00all the governors of

01:02Region 6,

01:047, and 8

01:06for their expressions of support

01:08it is a very, very important

01:10part of our nation

01:12building.

01:14At the very least

01:16here in Visayas

01:18we can hope

01:20that we can help

01:22for the programs

01:24that the government

01:26is bringing.
