00:09I wanted to ask you, talk to me about your faith and how God influences your work,
00:17because I really feel so connected to God when I hear your voice, and it feels very anointed.
00:23And you adding so much of that into your music, I would love to know your relationship with
00:29God and faith. Talk to me about that.
00:32Well, obviously, there's no way to really tell my full relationship, because it's a private
00:37relationship with God. And always, God has gotten me through everything I've ever gone through.
00:46And so making music, and especially kind of gospel-tinged songs, it's something that's just
00:55uplifting, and faith is everything for me. And I'm glad that you felt that way. That really
01:03means a lot.
01:04Oh, it's literally in every song. It's like, even the songs that aren't even faith-centric,
01:10it's a frequency in your voice that really takes me to that place. It takes all of us to that
01:16place. It carries it. It's just, it's so incredible.
