Resilient mother Ene Jean, 32, has taken to social media to share her emotional birth story after a planned natural delivery turned into a confusing and traumatic medical emergency. After her water broke at midnight on August 13, 2025, the expectant mum rushed to the hospital with contractions just two minutes apart. Despite the intense pain she remained hopeful for a VBAC and was quickly told she was ready to push at 10cm dilated. However, the joyful atmosphere shifted in an instant when medical staff shouted to prepare her for an emergency C-section as things became "intense." Today she is happy with a healthy baby and has decided to use her platform to give a voice to her experience and the lessons learned through her pain. The mother said: “It’s a story of resilience and patience. It was sad, but it ended in joyful laughter upon seeing my baby.
