00:09confirming that the expanded local government support fund, or LGSF, will provide 60 kilos of rice annually to over 5

00:17million Filipino families.

00:19Under this program, each family will receive 10 kilos of rice for six months per year.

00:24The president specified that the rice aid is part of the 58 billion peso LGSF allocation for 2026.

00:32Also funded in the LGSF are upgrades of health facilities, disaster preparedness initiatives, electrification and water systems.
