00:09The brand has officially revealed some of its key highlights, but don't keep your hopes

00:13too high because Nothing is bringing nothing new with the 4a series.

00:18Starting with the design.

00:19The Nothing Phone 4a is confirmed to feature a simplified glyph bar with 9 individually

00:25controlled LEDs for cleaner lighting effects.

00:28The Pro model, meanwhile, could adopt a more advanced glyph matrix system, potentially

00:34inspired by the higher-end Phone 3 and its expanded rear lighting interface.

00:39Both phones might feature a 6.7-inch AMOLE display with 144Hz refresh rate and a 1.5K resolution.

00:48It's an upgrade over the full HD plus display of the Phone 3a and 3a Pro.

00:53It's not an extraordinary upgrade because brands like Realme and Redmi are also offering

00:581.5K display on their phones.

01:01And now, let's talk about performance.

01:03Both the Nothing Phone 4a and 4a Pro are confirmed to be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4.

01:10It's a generational upgrade over the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 found in the Nothing Phone 3a.

01:17The Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 is built on a 4nm architecture, which means better power efficiency and should

01:25deliver modest performance gains over the previous generation.

01:28So, nothing dramatic, but enough to keep the 4a competitive in the mid-range segment.

01:33As for the cameras, the Phone 4a Pro is expected to get a camera upgrade.

01:38It will feature a 50-megapixel Sony camera with OIS, a telephoto lens with 140x zoom capability,

01:45and an ultra-wide-angle lens.

01:47The 4a might get a 50-megapixel main camera with a telephoto lens, which will support 70x

01:53zoom and 0.6x ultra-wide-angle lens.

01:57So, again, nothing dramatic.

01:59A recent certification revealed a 5,080 mAh battery, an 80 mAh upgrade over the Phone 3a's

02:095,000 mAh battery.

02:11Other Chinese brands are offering way more bigger batteries on their phones, but nothing

02:15still sticking with a relatively smaller battery.

02:18The brand should have offered at least a 6,000 mAh battery.

02:22Nothing has already confirmed a price hike for the Phone 4a series.

02:26It wouldn't have been a matter if it had gotten some serious upgrades.
