00:33the idea of the touch tour is to give guests an opportunity to meet the designer in person
00:42but most importantly feel the key pieces in the collection up close you know what it's really
00:51amazing for guests to be able to hear the audio descriptions through their headphones but to
00:56actually feel the fabrics and to understand from the designer's point of view how they've been made
01:04how they've been you know the shapes the silhouettes the construction of the pieces
01:08helps to paint a much stronger you know visual interpretation for them as they're listening
01:14to the audio descriptions whilst the models are catwalking fashion for me has always been something
01:21that's felt a bit out of reach as a visually impaired person i have no central vision i can't see
01:26detail
01:26so actually fashion is really hard to be engaged in because the detail is everything in fashion
01:32so coming to the touch tour meant i had an opportunity to see all these tiny elements
01:37that these designers spend hours weeks days months years deciding on and to become their own personal
01:45brand and i got an opportunity to see it to feel it and it just made such a difference that
01:51when i
01:51then saw those looks come down a runway i felt i still got to be part of it and that's
01:55not something
01:56i've ever felt before in fashion
01:57you
