00:20And I'm hoping, you know, within a short space of time, people at least see some change.
00:25Now, you know, building Gaza in the way we want to see and the way that we set out today,

00:32But at least in the short term, we can relieve the immediate problems of people.
00:37We can start the process of clearing the rubble and the ordinance.
00:41We can train the civil police and we can at least begin the process of renewal.
