00:00Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein?
00:02Welcome to WatchMojo, and today we're examining the major names revealed in the newest documents
00:07released under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, and what has or hasn't happened to them
00:12as we try to answer the big question, will anyone truly face justice?
00:16Those questions are for those people and for even my ex-husband.
00:19They need to answer to those things, not me.
00:21Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
00:23The newly released Department of Justice files have once again highlighted the long-documented
00:28connection between Jeffrey Epstein and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, the former Prince Andrew.
00:32Pictures appearing to show Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor crouched over an unidentified woman are featured
00:37in the latest disclosure of files linked to the late American sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
00:43The materials include unseemly photos, guest lists, and references to his visits with Epstein
00:48during the early 2000s.
00:49The files also show Andrew shared his royal travel details.
00:53Why were you staying with a convicted sex offender?
00:56Right. I have always, ever since this has happened, and since this has become, as it were,
01:03public knowledge that I was there, I've questioned myself as to why did I go,
01:10what was I doing, and was it the right thing to do?
01:13These revelations gained even more weight when, on February 19, 2026, Andrew was arrested
01:19by Thames Valley Police on suspicion of misconduct in public office tied to allegations he improperly
01:25shared government-related information with Epstein.
01:27Buckingham Palace has stated that King Charles III supports full cooperation with authorities,
01:32marking the most serious legal scrutiny Andrew has faced to date.
01:36However, with his history of evading accountability,
01:39many are questioning whether this time he will finally face real consequences.
01:43Everybody is equal under the law, and nobody is above the law.
01:47Bill Clinton
01:48The DOJ's 2026 document release references Bill Clinton through itineraries, staff emails,
01:54and logs reflecting interactions with Epstein between 2002 and 2004,
01:59mostly involving Clinton Foundation-related travel.
02:02I'd love to hear from Bill Clinton what he saw in Jeffrey Epstein. That would be great to know.
02:07The files reiterate publicly known trips on the Clinton Foundation's humanitarian tours,
02:11all of which were documented with Secret Service presence, according to Clinton's office.
02:16The release also includes several photos of Clinton in proximity to Epstein's circle,
02:20which, while not incriminating on their own, continue to fuel public suspicion.
02:25However, none link him to Epstein's criminal activity.
02:28My husband has said he took some rides on the airplane for his charitable work.
02:35I don't recall ever meeting him.
02:37Clinton has agreed to voluntarily cooperate with congressional inquiries reviewing the files,
02:42but maintains he never engaged socially after Epstein's 2008 conviction.
02:47Nine of the committee's 21 Democrats supported charges against Bill Clinton,
02:51while three Democrats supported charges against Hillary.
02:54Because the documents do not present criminal evidence, prosecutors have not pursued charges.
02:59Bill Gates
03:00Tech trailblazer Bill Gates appears in the files through a set of email exchanges from the early 2010s.
03:05Yeah, I met Jeffrey in 2011.
03:08The focus was always, he knew a lot of very rich people,
03:11and he was saying he could get them to give money to global health.
03:16The newly released documents include draft messages from Epstein referring to personal rumors about Gates,
03:21which Gates' spokesperson has called fabricated and, quote, wildly false.
03:26The draft messages allege that Gates had sexual encounters with, quote,
03:29Russian girls, contracted an infection, and even supposedly asked someone to obtain antibiotics to give, quote,
03:36surreptitiously to his then-wife Melinda.
03:38They also claim an unnamed former Gates advisor was involved in ethically questionable tasks.
03:43As I said, it's not one thing.
03:45It was many things.
03:47But I did not like that he'd had meetings with Jeffrey Epstein, no.
03:51There is no evidence these statements were ever sent, corroborated, or vetted by law enforcement.
03:57Gates has publicly stated he regretted the association.
04:00With no evidence of criminal conduct and no open investigation tied to the 2026 release,
04:06authorities have not taken legal action against him.
04:08I was one of many people who regret ever knowing him.
04:11Woody Allen
04:12The DOJ files list disgraced actor and director Woody Allen among names appearing in Epstein's correspondence and contact records.
04:19The documents include emails where Epstein helps arrange logistics for Allen,
04:23such as an invitation to a White House visit and references to multiple dinners and gatherings
04:28Allen and his wife, Suni Previn, attended at Epstein's Upper East Side townhouse.
04:32In Allen's 2016 birthday letter to Epstein,
04:36he nostalgically described these gatherings and the variety of guests present.
04:39Truth is, he couldn't really explain it.
04:42He just said there were interesting people there and I wanted to go.
04:45Photographs confirm Allen and Epstein were well known to each other socially.
04:48Despite this, the files do not contain evidence linking Allen to Epstein's criminal network
04:53or place him at sites of reported abuse.
04:56He said, you know, that Jeffrey Epstein had said to him it had been an unfair accusation, he'd been framed.
05:03Allen has denied any significant involvement.
05:05And because prosecutors have no evidence of criminal conduct, no investigation, arrest, or charges have been announced.
05:13Elon Musk.
05:14Elon Musk's name appears in several communications in the recently released DOJ Epstein files,
05:19mostly showing Epstein trying to cultivate connections with high-profile tech leaders.
05:23In 2013, by the way, so this is not, this is after he was a convicted sex offender.
05:28The emails include an exchange in which Musk responds to Epstein's logistics questions for a potential visit
05:34and asks, quote,
05:35What day slash night will be the wildest party on your island?
05:39Other messages show Musk coordinating possible meetings at Epstein's residences alongside a small group of public figures,
05:45though Musk disputes that any trips took place.
05:48He wrote,
05:48No one pushed harder than me to have the Epstein files released, and I'm glad that has finally happened.
05:53Musk has maintained that Epstein attempted to use his name to bolster credibility,
05:57and that his contact with him was minimal.
06:00Because the documents show only social interactions and planning discussions, not criminal acts,
06:05federal authorities have not opened any investigations.
06:08Les Wexner.
06:09As Epstein's most prominent long-term financial client,
06:13Les Wexner remains one of the most scrutinized figures in the documents.
06:17Jeffrey Epstein and Les Wexner.
06:18Remember, Jeffrey Epstein was hired to be a wealth manager for Les Wexner in about the 1980s,
06:23a job that he continued for 20 years.
06:25The newest files reiterate Wexner's deep financial entanglement with Epstein in the late 1990s and early 2000s,
06:32including power of attorney arrangements and large transfers Epstein controlled.
06:36While these records underscore how central Wexner was to Epstein's rise,
06:41they do not contain evidence directly connecting him to his crimes.
06:44That countervaulted Epstein from being a plain old millionaire to a plutocrat,
06:49somebody who is a billionaire who was able to attract all of these rich and famous people.
06:56Wexner has said he severed ties in 2007 and claimed Epstein, quote,
07:01misappropriated vast sums.
07:03Despite political pressure to investigate him further,
07:05the DOJ has not brought charges because the documents do not establish criminal knowledge or participation.
07:11He has basically alleged that he saw no evil, heard no evil,
07:15despite being in the room with Jeffrey Epstein over and over and over.
07:18And it's really just not credible.
07:20Sultan Ahmed bin Suleyem.
07:22Sultan Ahmed bin Suleyem, the former CEO of DP World,
07:26is among the figures most heavily represented in the 2026 release.
07:30Epstein's relationship with Suleyem went back at least as far as 2006,
07:34and they were still friends when Epstein died.
07:37Thousands of pages feature correspondence between him and Epstein,
07:41including conversations about business relationships,
07:43personal matters, and Epstein offering introductions within financial networks.
07:47Epstein even referred to Sultan Ahmed bin Suleyem as a, quote,
07:51trusted friend.
07:52Epstein claimed that his relationship with Suleyem was so close,
07:56quote, he was basically in charge of the port.
07:59While none of the emails relate to trafficking or abuse,
08:02Epstein once wrote, quote,
08:03I loved the torture video.
08:05So, he loved the torture video that the Sultan sent him?
08:09That's what it appears.
08:10Or showed him, yes.
08:11That's the direction of this communication.
08:13The backlash following the file's publication
08:15led bin Suleyem to resign from his corporate roles.
08:18But because the documents do not allege criminal conduct,
08:22neither the U.S. nor UAE authorities have announced any charges.
08:26Richard Branson
08:27While Richard Branson appears only lightly in the 2026 DOJ materials,
08:32it still suggests encounters the co-founder of the Virgin Group had with Jeffrey Epstein.
08:37And there is Richard Branson with Epstein behind him.
08:39A 2013 email exchange showed a cordial relationship,
08:43with Branson writing to invite Epstein to his island, adding, quote,
08:46as long as you bring your harem.
08:47I want that to sit there for a moment, ladies and gentlemen,
08:50because that message was sent years after Epstein had already been convicted for crimes
08:56for which he will always be remembered.
08:58Branson's team has said he had no ongoing relationship with Epstein.
09:02And despite the friendly email exchange,
09:04the files include no evidence placing him at Epstein's personal properties
09:08or linking him to any misconduct.
09:10Epstein routinely logged contact with high-profile individuals, Branson included.
09:15With no indication of criminal involvement,
09:18law enforcement has not pursued Richard Branson in any way.
09:21Howard Lutnick
09:22U.S. Commerce Secretary and longtime CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald, Howard Lutnick,
09:27is shown in multiple emails where Epstein invited him to his private island
09:31for dinner gatherings in the mid-2010s.
09:33Jeffrey Epstein was your neighbor.
09:35I would be remiss if I didn't ask you about him.
09:38Lutnick has publicly acknowledged knowing Epstein socially
09:41and said he visited these events in group settings with his wife present.
09:44However, during earlier media interviews,
09:47Lutnick minimized the interactions,
09:49only to later clarify that he did meet Epstein on other occasions,
09:53a flip-flop that drew attention when the files were released.
09:56Why did you mischaracterize your relationship with him, sir?
09:58But the documents show no evidence of illegal conduct or awareness of Epstein's crimes,
10:03and Lutnick cooperated with federal vetting during his confirmation as Commerce Secretary.
10:08Because the files add nothing suggesting criminal activity,
10:11the DOJ has not brought charges.
10:13The only thing I saw with my wife and my children
10:17and the other couple and their children
10:20was staff who worked for Mr. Epstein on that island.

10:41Donald Trump
10:42President Donald Trump's name appears more than 5,300 times across over 38,000 references
10:48in the DOJ's redacted 2026 Epstein files,
10:51largely in internal notes and Epstein's own mentions.
10:54There has been more and more evidence from the Epstein files emerging
10:58that implicate Trump specifically.
11:00The materials reflect that Trump socialized with Epstein in the 1990s and early 2000s,
11:05and some documents note Mar-a-Lago access, which Trump later restricted.
11:09However, the United States Department of Justice has emphasized many mentions are unverified.
11:15Trump has repeatedly denied any knowledge of Epstein's crimes,
11:18stated his association ended decades ago,
11:20and called the focus on these documents a, quote,
11:24And are people still talking about this guy, this creep?
11:27Because the files show no evidence of criminal conduct from Trump,
11:31federal prosecutors have not filed charges,
11:33and no active investigation is publicly confirmed.
11:36I can't believe you're asking a question on Epstein at a time like this.
11:40What do you make of these shocking documents,
11:42and the fact that so few people have been held accountable?
