00:00Brandi Glanville finally revealing what caused this facial parasite, she's been calling it,
00:07and for years now, there's been a lot of theories.
00:09She was saying it was stress from Bravo.
00:12She was saying it was from Morocco when she failed on Ultimate Girls Trip.
00:16The true cause has been revealed, and it is that her breast implants from 20 years ago had ruptured,
00:22leaking silicone into her lymph nodes, clogging them, and ultimately causing the facial infection.
00:28She said, she told TMZ, I definitely had a parasite.
00:31I was shocked because I have had my implants for 20 years almost.
00:34They looked fine. They felt fine. The mammogram said they were fine.
00:37It wasn't until I had a sonogram. I was just feeling like I should check that too. Why not?
00:41And she said that she had gone to 21 doctors and spent so much money to get to the root
00:46of her health issues
00:47and it ended up being her breast implants.
00:49She said there is such a thing as breast implant illness, and you really should change your implants every 10
00:54years.
00:54I just didn't do it. If it's not broke, don't fix it.
00:57I learned a really, really hard lesson.
00:59Michelle Visage, who we talked to a few months ago for the spinoff of Botched.
01:03It was like Botched with reality stars who wanted to reverse their plastic surgery.
01:07Michelle Visage, she has this documentary, Explant. I haven't seen it, but I know she talks about it a lot.
01:12It's very important because it promotes the conversation about breast implant illness.
01:18I didn't know that breast implants were supposed to update every 10 years.
01:22I have heard people say that, and I thought it was from an aesthetic point of view.
01:28Yeah, so breast implant illness, I guess it's kind of like a wide range of symptoms that develop after getting
01:34breast implants.
01:35It's just kind of like a feeling of sickness, I think.
01:38Because I feel like sometimes there is a chance that your body essentially rejects the implant because it's a foreign
01:45object in your body.
01:58Oh, my God.
02:15If I had just figured this out from the jump, her journey could have been a lot easier, maybe.
02:21Well, also, it's a thing.
02:21You know, I get 88, I feel like, calls and texts from my dentists all the time about like, schedule
02:27your cleaning.
02:28Ba-ba-ba-ba-ba.
02:29Why didn't her doctor, who she wanted to get her procedure done 10 years ago, be like, hey, it's been
02:3310 years.
02:34Or maybe they did also.
02:36Or like, is her doctor still even around?
02:39You know, like, I don't know.
02:40I don't know.
02:40There is that to consider.
02:42I feel like that's a great idea, Danny.
02:44Like, set an alarm.
02:46Set an alarm for, once you get those breast implants, set an alarm for 10 years later.
02:51T-minus, baby.
02:52Get them checked out.
