00:00I want to let you know that the United States
00:02is going to make a contribution of $10 billion
00:05to the Board of Peace.
00:13And we've had great support for that number.
00:16And that number is a very small number
00:18when you look at that compared to the cost of war.
00:23That's two weeks of fighting.
00:25It's a very small number.
00:27It sounds like a lot, but it's a very small number.
00:29So we're committed to $10 billion.
00:31Together, we can achieve the dream of bringing lasting harmony
00:35to a region tortured by centuries of war,
00:38suffering and carnage, they say, 3,000 years.
00:41And hopefully, we can lift up the eyes of the world
00:44to envision how other intractable conflicts can be settled.
00:48So many conflicts, they say, are impossible to settle.
00:51And we get them settled.
00:52We got, of those eight that we settled,
00:55most of them were said to be not settleable.
00:59And they not only got settled, they got settled within days.
01:03More impossible problems can be solved as we go along
01:06this very beautiful path.
01:08I think it's a beautiful path.
01:09I think it's such an important day.
01:11Even the weather is beautiful.
01:13We walk in, it's beautiful.
01:14Everything is beautiful.
01:16But the ancient wounds can be healed.
01:18And they are indeed ancient.
01:20This has been going on for so many centuries
01:23that our entire planet will be a better, safer,
01:26more beautiful and more peaceful place for us all.
01:29We're going to be working with the United Nations very closely.
01:32We're going to bring them back.
01:33I think the United Nations has great potential.
01:36Really great potential.
01:38It has not lived up to potential.
01:41The eight wars, I never even spoke to them about one of them.
01:44And I should be speaking to them about all of them.
01:47Someday I won't be here.
01:49The United Nations will be, I think, is going to be much stronger.
01:53The Board of Peace is going to almost be looking over the United Nations
01:57and making sure it runs properly.
02:00But we're going to strengthen up the United Nations.
02:02We're going to make sure its facilities are good.
02:05They need help.
02:06And they need help money-wise.
02:08We're going to help them money-wise.
02:10And we're going to make sure the United Nations is viable.
02:13And you have some very good people at the United Nations
02:16who can do a good job.
