00:24The council's counter-fraud team also carried out 27 investigations into alleged misuse
00:30of blue-badge disabled parking passes.
00:33Two cases are being processed for prosecution, with warning letters and formal cautions issued.
00:39Officers are also examining an allegation involving a COVID business grant claim.
