00:04What was Norm Macdonald like?
00:05I never had a chance to meet him.
00:06Oh, dude, he's everything you wanted.
00:09It's like that's one of those guys, meet your heroes.
00:11He was the funniest guy on set I have ever worked with,
00:14and he barely used the words we wrote.
00:16He just said funnier things.
00:18It was incredible.
00:20We filmed that show.
00:21It was a Rob Schneider-financed production.
00:23We had no money.
00:25We sold it to Netflix, but they had no involvement in Megit,
00:28and we shot it at Rob Schneider's house,
00:32and he lives in a gated community,
00:34and you're not allowed to film in his gated community.
00:37And so every morning we snuck in in, like, gardening trucks.
00:41You know those trucks that people have all the things?
00:43We snuck an entire crew in for 68 days and filmed at his house.
00:47And we got busted kind of the last week.
00:50Like, we were already kind of wrapped up,
00:52but he got in a lot of trouble.
00:54We were like, all right, it's already done, you know?
00:56Yeah, no kidding.
00:57Wow.
00:58Yeah, I did watch some of that show.
01:00I was watching it kind of here and there.
01:02But, yeah, working in a gated community,
01:03I guess that'd probably be a little bit of a problem,
01:05especially if he's got celebrity neighbors.
01:09Yeah, exactly.
01:10Every day we were just, like, sweating, man.
01:12Every day we would drive up to that guard gate.
01:14All these people were being quiet in the back,
01:16and day one was like, oh, my God, what if they shut us down?
01:19We have nowhere else to go.
01:20And then we filmed the entire show.
01:27And then we were like, oh, my God.
01:27So far.
01:27There we are, sitting here?
