00:07of February. From that date, British citizens with another nationality will need a British passport
00:13or a certificate of entitlement to re-enter the UK. They can no longer rely solely on a foreign
00:19passport and they cannot apply for the new electronic travel authorisation. Airlines will
00:24carry out cheques before departure. A passport costs around £100, while the certificate costs
00:31£589. The Home Office says information has been available for months. Campaigners argue
00:38many people only discovered the change recently and risk disrupted travel.
