03:55hit a guardrail, which took the life of my son's friend instantly and took my son's leg,

04:03He had some internal damages, and he had a 5% chance of living, actually.
04:08So I got to the hospital, and when I first saw him, he actually had both legs, but the machines
04:16just started going crazy.
04:18All the nurses and doctors started rushing in, and they said, we have to take his leg
04:25or he's going to die, and you have to sign this paper for us to take his leg.
04:32So I had to take the paper and sign it.
04:37And it was the hardest thing I've ever done in my life.
