She recalled becoming fearful for her safety, saying she felt she had to appear cooperative because she believed she was in serious danger.

Bryant said she first met Epstein in Cape Town in 2002 during a visit that included former U.S. President Bill Clinton, and within weeks she was flown to New York. Her account adds to testimonies highlighting how victims were lured with opportunities before being drawn into abusive situations.

00:22Juliette Bryant, a survivor of Jeffrey Epstein's harrowing ordeal,
00:26has recalled and shared details of what she faced.
00:30She broke down in tears as she opened up about being recruited by women working for the disgraced
00:37financier, with promises of helping her launch her modeling career.
00:43Juliette recounted to Sky News that she became terrified, suddenly aware that she could be killed.
00:49She suddenly realized I had to be nice and friendly as I realized I was in great danger.
00:55She first met Epstein in Cape Town in 2002, while he was visiting South Africa with Bill Clinton.
01:02And within three weeks, she had been flown to New York.
01:06After landing in New York, Bryant, a first-year university student at the time,
01:12said she thought her dreams were coming true, as she hoped to make it as a model in the city.
01:17Shortly after arriving, she was taken to Teterboro Airport,
01:21and informed she would continue on to the Caribbean, to Epstein's private island.
01:27After boarding the Boeing 727-100, the then-20-year-old aspiring model was attacked,
01:34with the women laughing and watching.
01:37Bryant claimed Epstein started forcibly touching her between her legs
01:42just seconds after his Lolita Express took off.
01:48Bryant was trapped on the island with no passport.
01:51She said she was repeatedly raped by Epstein over the next two years.
01:56By coincidence, she found a disposable camera on the island,
02:00which allowed her to take photographs of the places she said she was abused,
02:04including Epstein's New Mexico ranch.
02:07Epstein allegedly offered her 2,000 USD to recruit girls for him
02:12and another 4,000 USD to stay with him,
02:15though she refused, as she did not want to be around him.
02:20Unredacted emails sent by Bryant to Epstein
02:22were included in the latest batch of documents released by the U.S. Department of Justice,
02:28known as the Epstein File.
02:31The correspondence shows she remained in contact with him until 2017.
02:36Bryant said she would sometimes email Epstein while intoxicated
02:40or during periods of emotional distress.
02:44Bryant said the dynamic felt like invisible chains,
02:47comparing it to being invisibly handcuffed.
02:50She also said a persistent feeling that he was watching her
02:54pushed her to continue reaching out.
02:58Approximately 300 names connected to Jeffrey Epstein
03:02were disclosed by the DOJ,
03:04including political leaders, celebrities, and business figures.

03:28Epstein died by suicide
03:30at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York
03:33while awaiting trial on sex trafficking
03:35and conspiracy charges
03:37in August 2019.
