00:00Hello and welcome to episode 11 of the Traitors Uncloaked,
00:03your official visualized companion podcast with me, Ed Gamble.
00:06The final is within touching distance.
00:09We are one day away from finding out how everything ends
00:11and what a cliffhanger we ended on today.
00:14So, spoiler alert, make sure you've caught up with episode 11 on iPlayer, please,
00:18then come back and enjoy this edition of Uncloaked.
00:21Coming up, Roxy is here, fresh from murder,
00:24to tell us all about her castle experience.
00:26It's an uncloaked family reunion.
00:28Roxy's mum, Judy, is back.
00:30Plus, he's a hundy.
00:32Celebrity faithful Joe Marler is here,
00:34along with devious Series 3 traitor, Mina.
00:44Joe, Mina, welcome.
00:46Welcome back to Uncloaked.
00:47Lovely to have you here.
00:48You're part of the furniture now.
00:51Interesting.
00:51You're always here.
00:52We are the furniture.
00:53What parts?
00:54What parts?
00:55What furniture are we?
00:56Good question.
00:58Difficult to move away from thinking that you're a couch or a fridge.
01:02Right.
01:03And Mina?
01:04Mina, a really lovely curtain.
01:07Oh!
01:08A curtain.
01:09Just thinking of the most ornate possible thing.
01:12Just...
01:12Fair enough.
01:13Let's talk about your thoughts on the series as a whole so far.
01:16Ed.
01:17How have you enjoyed it?
01:19My adrenaline from every episode.
01:21Yeah.
01:22Like, I can't go to bed straight after watching it.
01:24I need, like, two hours to just, like, come down from the high of Traitors.
01:27Also, it finishes at 9pm, Mina.
01:29Okay, I've got a child.
01:30Okay, fine.
01:31Can you give me that?
01:33I mean, no one's going to bed straight after Traitors, are they?
01:35Because they all want to tune into Uncloaked.
01:37Well played.
01:38Really good.
01:39What about you, Joe?
01:40How have you found the series as a whole?
01:41Oh, I loved it.
01:43So hard.
01:44It's just...
01:45I didn't think it could get better.
01:48And it was also weird, the come down off of our series.
01:53And it's like, oh, now I get to be the fan again rather than take part in it.
01:57And I was like, oh, is it going to be the same?
01:59Because I've actually experienced it.
02:01Is it going to be the same watching it back now?
02:04And yes, is the answer.
02:05Better almost.
02:06It's way better.
02:07Yeah.
02:08I really enjoy, even though I'm faithful through and through,
02:11I do really love Rachel and Stephen and the way they've gone about it
02:15and the way they've played.
02:17Well, we need to talk about Stephen and Rachel
02:18because we need to talk about that cliffhanger.
02:20We're now looking at two very different possibilities
02:23for how tomorrow's final could play out.
02:25We either have Stephen as a lone traitor battling for faithful
02:29or we have James banished and a very fragile dynamic
02:32between Rachel and Stephen going into that final day.
02:36Were we surprised to see Rachel in so much trouble?
02:39What I think she shouldn't have done is what she said to Stephen in the turret
02:42that if I start talking about you,
02:45because Stephen would have never, ever said anything about her,
02:48but she said that and then he thought, hang on,
02:51are we just solo now?
02:52What I love is that Faraz has come to the party.
02:56Yeah.
02:57I'd like to reference...
02:58Oh, sorry, we should say on Uncloat,
03:00Joe brings in his little notebook.
03:01Why do you say it like that, mate?
03:03Why did...
03:03No, no, let's break that down.
03:05But just in case people didn't see the first time
03:06you were on Uncloat, this series...
03:08It was the emphasis you put on little.
03:10Well, it is a little notebook, Joe.
03:11Okay, back to Faraz.
03:13Yes.
03:13I love that he's just, like, bided his time.
03:16I don't think there's been any strategy in it.
03:18I think he's just bided his time by just enjoying being there.
03:22Yeah.
03:23Just, like, enjoying the ride.
03:24Yeah.
03:24And then when he's sort of looked around and gone,
03:26hang on, there's not that many people left.
03:29Yeah.
03:29Oh, I should start playing the game now.
03:31And he's really brought it her.
03:32Yeah.
03:32And now he's brought Rachel to the table.
03:34It's a really good way of playing.
03:35Very bold.
03:36And it seems like people are following him as well.
03:39Yeah, they're listening to him.
03:39They trust him.
03:40Yeah.
03:40They believe in him.
03:41I think, obviously, Rachel has had heat on her
03:44throughout the game.
03:45She's had way more heat than you ever did, Mina.
03:46Yeah.
03:47So it's not that thing of going,
03:48we need to look at people who haven't had heat.
03:49But all of the heat was dismissed and it was mad.
03:52So it was like the Fiona explosion.
03:54Yes, and then Harriet.
03:55It was the Harriet meltdown.
03:57It was all of these things where people go,
03:59well, it can't be that, it can't be that.
04:00It must be them.
04:00Do you know what I think Rachel's really good at?
04:03Just staying composed.
04:04Like, she convinces me that she's a faithful
04:07and I know she's a traitor,
04:08but she'll be like, well, I'm not a traitor.
04:11And you're like, actually, she could be on something here.
04:13She's not a traitor.
04:14It'll be that FBI training she had.
04:17Where can you go for that training?
04:18I don't think you can.
04:19Because I should have gone for that training.
04:21I think you have to join the FBI.
04:23Or watch Men in Black loads of times.
04:26Just over and over.
04:27Yeah, I've noticed that she keeps trying to erase
04:28people's memories at the round table, doesn't she?
04:30Just a normal pen.
04:32She's just, she's played such a phenomenal game
04:36because I feel like she had no idea
04:38that Fiona was going to do that.
04:40And I thought that was the roguest thing
04:41I've ever seen anyone do on Traitors, ever.
04:43But she just adapted straight away.
04:45Nothing phases her, nothing gets her flustered.
04:47And that round table, she was just like,
04:49who was in the cages?
04:51I was like, how have you even remembered this?
04:53Do you think she could have done a better job there, though?
04:56By, rather than bringing Stephen up
04:59as a possibility with that,
05:01just doubling down and going after James even harder?
05:04Do you know what I mean?
05:05Rather than actually bringing another name to the table,
05:08her traitor mate.
05:09Yeah.
05:10I don't think she needed to at that point, to be honest.
05:12I think she had that in her back pocket.
05:15But whether she should have waited
05:17until she definitely needed to do it.
05:18I mean, speaking of Stephen versus Rachel,
05:21let's just remind ourselves of this delicious bit.
05:24I was going to ask you tonight, Rachel,
05:28the one thing that was on my mind
05:29was about the Fiona situation as well.
05:31And I thought the way you took Fiona down
05:35at the following round table,
05:37to me, seemed like a real carbon copy
05:39of how Harriet took Hugo down.
05:41And we all know that that meant that Harriet
05:43was then such a kind of celebrated faithful
05:45amongst the group, right?
05:46And I thought, is that a traitor?
05:48That's kind of looked at what someone's done
05:50and the reaction they got.
05:53And then tried to copy that, you know,
05:55cookie cutter style.
05:57I caught her in that life.
05:59Yeah.
05:59And you could tell by my reaction,
06:01I was like, what the hell is going on?
06:03Love it.
06:04Cookie cutter.
06:05Cookie cutter.
06:05I thought that was great.
06:07Because he practiced that before, hadn't he?
06:09He'd sort of spread that around the castle a bit.
06:11And he was like, I'm going to go for it.
06:13What I love about this is
06:15they're both prepared for it.
06:17Yes.
06:17So Rachel comes for him.
06:18He's a little bit taken about
06:19that it's happening right now,
06:20but then he's got his arguments as well.
06:22I think it might be more convincing
06:23if he wasn't sweating profusely.
06:25Oh, honestly, I love Stephen.
06:27He's so Alan, isn't he?
06:28I love Stephen so much.
06:30But even then, he just seemed so nervous.
06:33We always say on Traitors
06:34it's about consistency of behaviour, right?
06:36So Rachel's always been very calm and very chill
06:39and Stephen has been red and sweaty
06:41for the whole thing.
06:42Consistently.
06:42Yeah.
06:42If he stopped sweating, people would be like,
06:44oh boy, something's up with Stephen.
06:46Yeah.
06:46What do we think Stephen wants to happen
06:48in the Chests of Chance?
06:49I think if he's smart,
06:50he's going to want Rachel to go.
06:51Yeah.
06:52Because they need to confirm a traitor tonight.
06:55Yeah.
06:55If they don't,
06:56then I think the faithful can't relax
06:58and I think there's more chance
06:59that he can't win then.
07:00If Rachel goes,
07:01and obviously this is the last time
07:03anyone can reveal their role,
07:04so she will have to reveal that she's a traitor,
07:07as a faithful,
07:09do you think they are looking at people
07:10who did vote for Rachel
07:11or didn't vote for Rachel?
07:13I think Stephen will want Rachel to go
07:16because it gives the faithfuls a traitor or anything
07:19and there's enough suspicion on James still
07:23for him to then anger with that one.
07:25I mean, if James makes it through the Chests of Chance,
07:28bless him,
07:29he is first to go at that next round table.
07:31The final round table before the end game,
07:33he's gone.
07:33Yeah.
07:34He's wild.
07:35He's an enigma.
07:36He's been brilliant.
07:37Every episode he's been brilliant.
07:38For both traitors and faithfuls.
07:39Yeah.
07:40They're like,
07:41we can't get rid of him
07:43because he causes so much chaos.
07:45We can't keep him,
07:46he causes so much chaos.
07:47Yeah.
07:47He's just been brilliant the whole way through.
07:49I think I'm the only person in the country
07:51who thinks he did quite well at this round table
07:53because what convinces me
07:54is his argument of,
07:56well, I'm just throwing things out
07:58because I've got nothing to hide.
07:59I'm a faithful.
07:59They're going,
07:59but you're so confusing, James.
08:01He's like,
08:01yeah, I'm just literally having a thought
08:03and saying it out loud
08:04because I don't need to put a filter in place.
08:05Yeah.
08:06I think that's a clear,
08:08obvious tell sign for me
08:09that he is,
08:10if I was in there,
08:11that he is a faithful.
08:12Yeah.
08:12Because if he was a traitor,
08:13he'd be gone when Hugo went
08:15because you can't be that bad as a traitor
08:18and still be in.
08:19You just can't.
08:20So at the round table,
08:21Jack and Faraz were very forthcoming
08:23with their interrogation of Rachel.
08:25Joe,
08:26as a true Hundy faithful,
08:27how do you think they did?
08:28Did they make you proud?
08:29Yeah, they did.
08:30They've come a long way
08:32from Faraz milking Jack.
08:36They've come a long way
08:37and I'm really proud.
08:39How do we rate the chances
08:40of the faithful going into the final?
08:41Because obviously,
08:42we've got Jade, Jack, Faraz
08:44and at the moment
08:45that we know of,
08:46James, right?
08:47Potentially James.
08:48What do they need to do to win?
08:50If we go down the route
08:51of Rachel not going
08:52and she doesn't do
08:54a good enough job
08:55to spin it on Stephen,
08:56in her attempt,
08:58they'll get rid of her
08:59and then she'll have thrown
09:00enough evidence towards Stephen
09:02to make the others feel
09:03like they can't trust him.
09:05Yeah, yeah.
09:05So then they won't end the game
09:06with Stephen.
09:07Yeah.
09:07He's gone.
09:08Then it comes down to
09:09is there still enough doubt
09:12over Jade
09:12even if Faraz and Jack
09:14haven't been suspicious of her?
09:16I'm not going to lie.
09:17I can see a world
09:18where Stephen wins.
09:19Really?
09:19I feel like
09:20because he's been so consistent
09:23and the library thing
09:25got squashed with Fiona going
09:26traitor, fab.
09:28So he can always say,
09:29well, it wasn't me.
09:30In the cage,
09:31I was framed.
09:32Especially if Rachel goes
09:34and she brought that up.
09:35Yeah.
09:36He could be like,
09:37well, she's bringing that up again.
09:38She's the one that put me in there.
09:40There's a world where he could win.
09:41There is.
09:42Okay, now time to talk
09:44to a true faithful,
09:45a certified handy.
09:46The brilliant Roxy
09:47did so well to get so far
09:48but tonight we saw her murdered
09:50just one day before the final.
09:53Roxy, by order of the traitors,
09:56you have been murdered.
09:58Signed, the traitors.
10:02I kind of knew it today
10:03because I went so hard at the table.
10:05I think I was going for the traitors
10:06and I think they know it.
10:07But honestly,
10:08I'm so proud of myself
10:09for getting this far.
10:10I would love for Stephen
10:12or Rachel to win.
10:14I think they're both amazing people
10:17and I think they've hopefully
10:19been faithful and honest
10:21throughout the process.
10:22But yeah, it's been a ball.
10:25And Roxy's here now!
10:29Roxy!
10:31Roxy, where do we begin?
10:33Oh, no.
10:34Your last words in the game
10:35were hoping that Stephen and Rachel win.
10:37You pinpointed the two traitors.
10:40Yep.
10:40Why did you have them both pegged
10:42as definitely faithful?
10:44I trust people quite easily
10:45and I really just built friendships
10:47with those two
10:48and I just trusted them.
10:49Yeah, I had to trust them
10:50with my life like I did.
10:51Look how it turned out.
10:53In fairness to you,
10:55you didn't in that clip say,
10:57I hope the faithful Rachel
11:00and Stephen win.
11:01Yeah, you see.
11:02You just said,
11:03I hope Rachel or Stephen win.
11:05Yeah.
11:05So maybe you're just team traitors.
11:07But then if you listen,
11:07Roxy did then say,
11:08and I hope they've been faithful.
11:09Yeah.
11:11Ignore that bit.
11:12I only heard that.
11:13Yeah, it's fine.
11:15Mina and Joe,
11:16you both know what it's like
11:17to be so near yet so far,
11:19you know,
11:19almost getting to the end of the game.
11:21Do you have some words of comfort
11:22for Roxy in this difficult time?
11:24I think,
11:25know that you played
11:26a really good game.
11:27Yeah.
11:27But the issue is
11:28they were limited
11:29as to who they could murder
11:30and Faraz had actually said to Rachel,
11:33don't kill me tonight.
11:34Yeah.
11:34And I think that's just
11:35what saved it for him.
11:36I think so.
11:37Yeah.
11:38The advice I can offer you
11:39is that unfortunately
11:40you'll live with that heartbreak
11:42for the rest of your life.
11:42Honestly,
11:43it really does hurt.
11:44And I'm there with you
11:45because I feel exactly the same.
11:47I don't think you could have
11:48done anything more.
11:49No.
11:49At least you can look at it going,
11:51I played it the best of my ability
11:53and that was it
11:54and you couldn't have done anything.
11:56Maybe get the shield at the end
11:58but even that's out of your hand.
11:59And you tried.
12:00Yeah.
12:00What I love the most, Roxy,
12:02is that you did mention both of them.
12:04Yeah.
12:04But you,
12:04in your heart,
12:05somewhere you thought,
12:06is someone keeping me here
12:07and you said both of their names
12:09at the end.
12:09I just asked them
12:10and I was like,
12:10okay, you're a faithful.
12:12At least I asked them.
12:13I did like that though.
12:14You were like,
12:14are you a traitor?
12:15And they said no.
12:15And you're like,
12:16great, okay, thanks.
12:17I just wanted to share with you my thoughts.
12:20Like, I'm just concerned
12:21and I just wanted to kind of put it to you,
12:24I guess.
12:27All I can say to you is that
12:28I'm not a traitor.
12:30You've got to say it.
12:31I'm so faithful
12:31but I don't really have anything else to say
12:33because I'm not actually keeping you here
12:34because I'm not a traitor.
12:39I'm not only asking what I've got to ask.
12:40I'm just my close people.
12:41I've got to do it.
12:42Just my own peace of mind.
12:43No.
12:44No.
12:44I have to.
12:45I love you to bits
12:47but no,
12:48it's not me.
12:49It's awful.
12:50No, no, come here.
12:51I can't not ask.
12:52No, it's not me.
12:53I know.
12:54No, it's not.
12:54I don't think it is.
12:55I haven't thought it is but.
12:56I know but you have to ask.
12:57I have to.
12:58You have to ask.
12:59They were both very convincing.
13:01But in different ways.
13:02They honestly were.
13:02They really were.
13:03Like Rachel more on the emotional strings
13:06and then looking at Stephen now
13:07like he's only lying.
13:09He could barely say
13:10I'm not traitor.
13:12He literally just done an Alan Carr
13:14and laughed.
13:15Yeah.
13:15I just love hearing him say the word traitor.
13:17Yeah.
13:18Exactly.
13:19That's why I asked him.
13:19Yeah.
13:21No, but I just trust them both so much
13:22and I don't regret it
13:23because that's who I am as a person.
13:26Yeah.
13:26So, yeah, it is what it is.
13:28You're just Roxy.
13:29That's it, you see.
13:30Oh, God, don't let me steal my mum's phrase
13:32from here at the end of it.
13:34Never live that down.
13:36Why do you think Stephen's not attracted
13:37more suspicion throughout the game?
13:39Because obviously Jesse was really hot on his tail.
13:42Green Jesse, yeah.
13:43But people weren't really picking up
13:45what she was putting down.
13:46He is.
13:46And like in life as well,
13:48he is just the loveliest person.
13:51Yeah.
13:51Like he's just this lovely,
13:53floaty, nice character.
13:54So you just find it really hard
13:56to believe that he's got it in him.
13:57But he has, obviously.
13:58Yeah, I think even watching him
14:00knowing he's a traitor,
14:01there's a lot of warmth
14:03that really comes through the screen.
14:04I mean, you know,
14:06personality warmth
14:06and genuine warmth for that guy.
14:08Yeah, yeah.
14:09He's sweating his butt off.
14:10Yeah, constantly.
14:11And he's always bright red.
14:12Yeah, huge jumper.
14:14Which is nice,
14:14but it's also like,
14:16Rachel should be getting
14:17as much applaudits or...
14:19Oh, as a traitor?
14:20Yeah.
14:20Because as a traitor,
14:21she's been one of the best we've seen.
14:23Yeah.
14:23But when she gave you a hug
14:24and said that she wasn't a traitor,
14:26did you buy it immediately?
14:27Do you know what I did?
14:28And I actually felt bad
14:30for asking her the question
14:31because I felt like
14:31I'd made her upset.
14:33So I was like,
14:34I feel like I didn't even need
14:35to ask the question
14:35to already think that she wasn't a traitor,
14:37but I just was like,
14:38I have to.
14:38If it was like a lesser traitor
14:40than Rachel,
14:40I think you could have seen
14:41a flicker of something
14:42across her face,
14:43but she is just so solid.
14:44Honestly,
14:45like nothing rocks that woman.
14:46No.
14:47She's amazing.
14:48Yeah, yeah, she is.
14:49Last night,
14:50we also saw Faraz come to you
14:51and air his suspicions of Rachel.
14:53Your response was incredible.
14:55Where,
14:55you know when you can just tell
14:56someone's done?
14:57Yeah, yeah.
14:57Where you're like,
14:58oh no,
14:59get me out of this game.
15:00He's like,
15:01get me off this earth.
15:02But yeah,
15:03I think Faraz,
15:04unreal job.
15:04I really am rooting for him now
15:06because I think he's just
15:06put the pieces together,
15:07whether it's too late or not.
15:08I don't know.
15:09Yeah.
15:09Can he mobilise enough people?
15:11Is there any part of you
15:12that's a little bit annoyed at him
15:14that goes,
15:16why didn't you come to the table earlier?
15:18Why did you let us?
15:19Like,
15:20you've been quite vocal
15:20from the off.
15:21Since losing your mum,
15:23you've been like,
15:23right,
15:24I'm going after X, Y and Z.
15:26You know,
15:26he hasn't really brought it
15:27to the party
15:28and it's enabled him
15:29to go under the radar a bit.
15:30It has,
15:31but I think
15:32what I love about Faraz
15:33is that he,
15:33he didn't necessarily
15:35have the confidence
15:36at the beginning,
15:36so he really grew into himself
15:37and I think
15:38at the time
15:39where he is in the game,
15:40he's now fully confident
15:41and comfortable
15:42to say those things.
15:43Like,
15:43he's been on quite a nice journey
15:45if you ask me,
15:45so I won't hold it against him,
15:47but yeah,
15:47he could have bloody spoke up earlier.
15:50So it's going to be
15:51Rachel or James
15:52who are banished
15:53at this round table.
15:54If you were at that round table tonight,
15:56would you at all be swayed
15:57by the arguments
15:58from Faraz and Jack
15:59to vote for Rachel,
16:00do you think?
16:01No.
16:03You were pretty set on James.
16:04I'm so glad you didn't lie.
16:06Honestly,
16:06I had a bee in my bonnet
16:08about James.
16:09I think I still do.
16:10I'm like,
16:10I still think he's a traitor somehow.
16:13But yeah,
16:14we'll see.
16:15What was it about James?
16:16Because it got to the point
16:17where you were saying,
16:18I think you could have
16:18masterminded this whole thing.
16:20You could have,
16:20so basically you thought
16:21he was the most incredible
16:23traitor of all time
16:23and a mastermind criminal.
16:25Yeah,
16:26I guess you could say that
16:27because nobody was looking at him
16:29and I was like thinking
16:30I cracked some big mystery.
16:32I was just thinking he,
16:34because of his personality,
16:36people thought he wouldn't have
16:37the ability to do the traitor role.
16:39So I was like,
16:39that's the perfect guys
16:40for the traitor
16:41just sort of hide behind
16:42the big personality.
16:43So I was just running
16:44and running
16:45and running
16:46with that.
16:47But I think
16:47with the stealing of the shield,
16:50at that point,
16:50I was like,
16:50it's got to be him
16:51because I was just like,
16:52he wants it
16:52because he's a traitor.
16:53Oh, yeah.
16:54So I just couldn't,
16:55I couldn't stop with that,
16:56unfortunately.
16:57Well, a lot of it,
16:57I think,
16:58ends up being confirmation biased,
16:59doesn't it?
17:00Where you think it's someone
17:01so everything they do
17:02from that going on
17:03becomes proof.
17:04Which I think
17:05you and James,
17:06love it or not,
17:07have in common.
17:08Because he's the same.
17:09He's like,
17:09it's Matty.
17:10It is.
17:10The dagger pointing at him.
17:11He was nuts, yeah.
17:12The dagger pointing at him.
17:13Put on that.
17:16Roxy,
17:17let's talk about
17:17what we've seen
17:18from James
17:19after you left.
17:20Would his urgency
17:21in the uphill mission
17:22have changed your mind at all?
17:23No.
17:23No.
17:25Honestly,
17:25nothing would have changed my mind,
17:27really.
17:27When he went back
17:28and he was throwing
17:30those gold things,
17:31I thought,
17:31James,
17:31if you run out of gold
17:33and you have to go back
17:34with nothing,
17:35you are done.
17:36You're actually done.
17:37Just don't go back,
17:38James.
17:38Or if they run out of time
17:39because you've puked up
17:40and then fallen over.
17:41What have you done?
17:42He was always going to puke
17:44or faint
17:45after the way he sprinted off
17:47at the start.
17:48Like you're saying,
17:49Bolt,
17:49just gone.
17:50And you're like,
17:51where is he going?
17:52He doesn't even know
17:54where he's going.
17:55The rest of the crowd
17:55are like,
17:56should we change the pace?
17:57at the end anyway.
17:59But I understand his instinct.
18:01He was so gutted
18:02about Matty the night before.
18:03He really wanted to prove himself.
18:05He wanted to do something
18:06for the team.
18:07But then it was Faraz laughing
18:10on the way back
18:11from the mission
18:11that got me.
18:13Kept laughing about it.
18:13Being like,
18:14he's all green.
18:15He's getting projectile
18:16vomited green.
18:16Yeah.
18:19So good.
18:20Oh, he did work hard.
18:21That was my favourite,
18:22favourite moment
18:23from a mission this year,
18:24I have to say.
18:25It was just so,
18:26it was just so chaotic,
18:27but that's like my favourite
18:28thing about James.
18:29You just don't know
18:30what you're getting from him.
18:32But it's going to be great,
18:33regardless of what it is.
18:34Roxy,
18:35what's it like watching
18:35the game now you're out
18:37and you can see Jade
18:38navigating the game
18:39as a faithful?
18:39What do we think
18:40her chances are?
18:41She's had a lot of suspicion.
18:42She has,
18:43but she's so strong
18:45and she speaks so eloquently
18:46and I think
18:47if she maintains that
18:50and puts her arguments forward
18:51if she gets more heat,
18:52I actually think
18:53she might be an underdog
18:54to go really far.
18:56Now there's been
18:57some great secret connections
18:58in that castle this series.
18:59Social media has been
19:00rife with speculation.
19:02So now we have
19:03a little uncloaked exclusive
19:04for you.
19:05Here's the moment
19:05our banished and murdered cast
19:07got to open
19:07that elusive second scroll.
19:09And we promise you
19:10there are no other
19:11undisclosed connections left
19:13apart from Sam
19:14being my brother.
19:15No, just messing.
19:16He's my son.
19:17Here we go.
19:23Right, Adam,
19:23thank you for my starter.
19:25I'm ready for my main course.
19:26Serve me up something nice.
19:28I shall try.
19:30I shall try.
19:32Secret relationships.
19:34Oh!
19:37What the hell?
19:39What is it?
19:41Ross
19:43and Ellie
19:45are a couple.
19:48So Ross has another rela-
19:50No!
19:50Oh my God!
19:52Shit.
19:53See it now.
19:54Oh, that's sweet, isn't it?
19:57They're both so tall.
19:59You and Ross are in a couple.
20:05So all of the Nettie stuff.
20:08Oh!
20:12Oh!
20:13Oh!
20:13Oh!
20:14Oh!
20:16Oh!
20:16Oh!
20:17Oh!
20:18Oh!
20:20Oh!
20:21This one.
20:21What else?
20:25You okay?
20:27Bloody hell,
20:27I can't believe this one.
20:28You're never gonna guess this.
20:30Go on, go on, go on.
20:33What?
20:34I don't think we missed this.
20:35What?
20:36You know Judy?
20:37Yeah?
20:38It's Roxy's mum.
20:40No way!
20:41Yeah!
20:44Oh my God!
20:46Oh my God!
20:47Mother and daughter.
20:48Oh, Roxy.
20:53This has shocked me.
20:56And that's why Roxy didn't vote for her.
20:59That's why Roxy voted for James.
21:01She couldn't vote for her mother.
21:02Oh my God.
21:04That is amazing.
21:06What?
21:09Sorry.
21:10Is she adopted?
21:11Yes.
21:12Oh my God!
21:14Oh goodness me.
21:16And poor Judy, she wasn't there for long.
21:19So my daughter, I'm thinking, go Roxy, go Roxy.
21:23I love that!
21:24Oh, you must be so proud.
21:25I'm so proud of her.
21:28And Roxy's mum, Judy, is with us now!
21:32Welcome back to Uncloaked, Judy.
21:35What was it like seeing the traitors murder Roxy?
21:38We actually filmed your reaction to that moment.
21:44What?
21:45Oh, ah!
21:46Oh, Roxy!
21:48Roxy gone.
21:49No.
21:50Oh no.
21:53What?
21:53Oh, that's a rock.
21:54Oh no, Roxy.
21:55It just goes to show how wrong we can all be.
21:57I've been shouting them two from the hilltops the whole game.
22:02Oh my baby.
22:05Do you feel sad for Roxy?
22:06Yeah.
22:07Yes.
22:07You know who else will be sad for her?
22:10Her mum.
22:16Judy.
22:19No!
22:21What?
22:21What?
22:22What?
22:22One, one, one, one, one, one.
22:24Boom!
22:25Jesus.
22:29How did you feel in that moment having to watch your daughter be murdered on the traitors?
22:34Oh, we're absolutely gutted.
22:36I mean, she's done so well, but we're really gutted.
22:38And I'm shouting at the television because she's saying, oh, Stephen and Rachel are so lovely.
22:44They're so lovely.
22:45I'm like, what?
22:46What?
22:47So yeah, there were a bit of that.
22:49There was a, like, punching of the camera when you said that as well, Roxy, where you said,
22:53oh, I hope Stephen and Rachel were like, doom!
22:55Yeah, yeah, yeah.
22:56Oh, I noticed.
22:58Classic.
22:59Now, we saw your fellow players finding out about the truth about your secret relationship.
23:04What was that like to watch for you both?
23:06Oh, hilarious.
23:08Absolutely.
23:09Especially Nettie.
23:10Yeah.
23:10She just couldn't get her head around it.
23:11Yeah, Nettie was so shocked.
23:13That's fun.
23:13And Maz and Amanda as well.
23:15So I was quite close to Amanda in there and she did not have a clue.
23:19She spent a lot of time with both of us at the very beginning.
23:20Yeah, that whole sequence where you're walking across to the gazebo with Amanda is incredible
23:26because we've just found out your mother and daughter and then you're saying, you're
23:30quite a loud lady, aren't you, Jacob?
23:31Yeah, yeah, yeah.
23:32That's what you said.
23:33Would you ever say that to anyone you've just met on a train?
23:35To be honest, I wouldn't put it past me.
23:38But I was just like, I'm just going to get a few little sly shots in while I can, do
23:41you know what I mean?
23:42It's not every day you can't, like, tell you off and off.
23:46Let's have a bit of fun with this.
23:47Yeah, you're eating with your mouth open and you're doing all this.
23:51Do you think if you'd have stayed in longer together, some of that would have started
23:55creeping in?
23:56I'd have been going out.
23:57You would be telling her off.
23:57Oh, yeah.
23:58Roxy, how are you eating?
23:59Yeah, I just got you banished.
24:02I can feel it.
24:03I can feel it.
24:04I mean, look, if we're outside the game, we all say we'd be good at the game, but I
24:08would have spotted this straight away.
24:09Yeah, you're telling me.
24:11You've since seen, Roxy, that your mum suspected that you might be a traitor.
24:16How did that feel?
24:17Well, actually, yeah, it did hurt.
24:19I was like, what?
24:20But then, I must say, I wrote in my journal, so I was journaling the first night.
24:23I thought mum was a traitor at the table, at the round table pick, because she had a
24:27head like this, and I was just looking at her, like, look up, look up, look up.
24:30But she was looking down, I was like, oh, she's a traitor.
24:33But then I was like, I'll just keep that away for a bit and see how she gets on.
24:37I didn't have to use it, but I would have used it against her later.
24:39You, more than anyone, should know, she's just herself, she's just Jude.
24:43Yeah, she must be just treacherous then.
24:46That's just how I am.
24:48Just being myself.
24:50Everybody kept saying all the time, well, you're doing what game you're in, don't you?
24:54I said, yeah, she was just on her holidays.
24:58All right, Rox.
24:59Yeah, well, you were.
25:00Yes.
25:00This is it.
25:02Oh, God.
25:02Here's the traitor's spin-off.
25:04This is what we've been looking for.
25:06Pina colada.
25:07This would have proper, you would have clashed.
25:10Throw them back in now.
25:12Yeah, yeah, yeah.
25:13Get them back in there tonight and stir it up.
25:16Yeah, yeah.
25:16Could you tell us about the rest of your family's reactions to the show?
25:20How's it been watching it with them or getting their reactions to you two being on it?
25:24Well, her brothers, oh, God.
25:26Especially our Andrew.
25:27Yeah, my oldest one.
25:28Yeah.
25:28He's very serious, our Andrew, isn't he?
25:30Oh, no, he is.
25:32And his thing is watching it like, what are you doing, Roxy?
25:35Like, you just can't get over my ways of not catching treacherous.
25:38Yeah.
25:39Yeah, yeah.
25:39But they all loved it.
25:40I mean, we all had a family thing together and it was really lovely, wasn't it?
25:43Yeah, yeah.
25:45But they're all like, go, Roxy, go, Roxy.
25:47And they're so proud of us because we've both gone in together.
25:49Yeah.
25:49Which is lovely, isn't it?
25:51But, yeah, I think they just can't believe that we're on telly.
25:54No, I think they're still quite shocked by it.
25:56I think next series, let's get the rest of your family in.
25:59Yes!
26:01Let's get Andrew in there and see if he can do any better.
26:04Roxy, in episode nine at the dinner party, it was very touching to hear you speak about your adoption.
26:10If you don't mind, we'd just like to play that moment again.
26:12I was adopted by the most fantastic, like, wonderful woman who has shaped who I am and put her life
26:22on hold to get me to where I am now.
26:26So I would love to do something so special to thank her because, yeah, she's an absolute icon.
26:34Guys!
26:35You're so lovely.
26:36Judy, how does it feel watching that?
26:38I don't do crying.
26:39Oh, I can see your eyes.
26:40Glass.
26:41You all right?
26:41Oh, Judy!
26:43I don't do crying.
26:44I never cry.
26:46Yeah.
26:46That's nice.
26:47I just wipe my eyes on your jacket.
26:48Get off.
26:51The most heartbreaking thing about this series is the fact that these two weren't in it for longer.
26:57I know.
26:58To see this unfold for the last 11 episodes was just an attempt to conceal this.
27:03That's what I was thinking.
27:04I'd love, like, halfway through episode six, watching you two trying to convince everyone that you're not related.
27:10Whilst you're going, let me wipe my snot off.
27:12You can't get it.
27:13Get off!
27:14I was a lovely.
27:16I think, yeah, eventually, I think people are looking at that family tree enough.
27:20They're going, there must be a family.
27:21Oh, it's them.
27:21Yeah.
27:22Yeah.
27:23Come on.
27:24That's us for part one.
27:26But, you know, we still have so much more to discuss with Roxy and Judy in your BBC Sounds bonus
27:30episode.
27:31I want to know all about the reactions they've had from the public.
27:34Plus, I'll be asking Roxy all about that breakfast clash with Harriet.
27:37And there's more from Mina and Joe, too.
27:40That's now available on BBC Sounds.
27:42Scan this QR code on your screen to hear the rest of the conversation.
27:45As you get your jammies on.
27:46I'm back with the final Uncloaked of the series, getting all the reactions to that end game.
27:51Who will lose out in the chests of chance?
27:53Will it be Rachel or James?
27:54Not long to find out.
27:56I'll be joined by all this year's players in front of a live audience.
28:00Plus, for the first time ever, we are giving you the opportunity to put your questions to the finalists.
28:05So, if you've got something you want to ask, send your questions at uncloaked at bbc.co.uk, along with
28:11your name and location, and listen out tomorrow to our BBC Sounds bonus episode to see if it gets answered.
28:16My thanks to Roxy, Judy, Mina and Joe Marla.
28:20I'm Ed Gamble.
28:21Stay faithful.
