00:29which is also constructive because when the regulatory pendulum swings hard the other way,
00:34people have to invest more in meeting those regulatory obligations,
00:37and when it swings back, there can be more balance in that,
00:40and therefore those resources can be freed up to invest in more productive parts of the business.
