00:00If I had to say the biggest lesson, I would just say to run your own race.
00:08Just focus on yourself.
00:10I think all that I've been through, and not in a victim way.
00:15I don't ever look at any of my circumstances as like, man, this happened to me.
00:21But I just focus on the things I can control.
00:24And tearing my Achilles was not in the plans.
00:27Getting waved was not in the plans.
00:31But I just kept focusing on the positive things.
00:34And I ended up back on the team that I played my whole career with.
00:39Back around my family, with my kids.
00:44Just in a very stable situation, a familiar situation.
00:50Focusing on my rehab, and now this opportunity comes, I get to compete.
00:55I get to have that feeling being in front of a crowd again.
00:58So, I would say just running my own race.
01:02And not focusing on what this person is doing or that person is getting or any of those things.
01:07I do what I do.
01:08I show up as myself.
01:11When other people experience good things, I'm happy for them.
01:14And I think that makes people appreciate your moments better.
