00:33I think, obviously, the war in Ukraine has brought that home more than anything.
00:38And that's why we're having this conversation.
00:41But it's always been the case.
00:43I mean, I think if you look even in conflicts in our region, sometimes, you know, it was based on
00:52U.N. mandates, often not.
