00:09experts from the United Nations Human Rights Council condemn the executive order of the
00:14United States government, which imposes a field blockade against Cuba. They described these
00:20actions as a serious violation of international law and urged the U.S. government to immediately
00:25revoke the executive order and end the coercive measures against Cuba. In their joint statement,
00:31the United Nations experts also called on all states not to recognize or validate these U.S.
