00:00Well, good morning. My grandmother, Grandma Polly, has always told me not to talk about health with
00:05people. But I'm compelled to just because I was in somewhat of a light-hearted way, let people
00:12peek in on some cosmetic treatments that Dr. Singer and I have explored. But in doing that,
00:18I always have to do my skin checks. So you've all asked what happened with Kelly's biopsy. So here
00:23we are, fresh off the press. I got some good news and some bad news. I had five spots. One,
00:28the one on my foot, a junctional nevus with an architectural disorder and mild atypia. Left
00:35distal, it is a macular type. The third one, comment, patients with one or more of the following
00:41factors, large numbers of such nebi, family history, atypical dysplastic nebi, and a personal history
00:47melanoma, which we do have. Okay. And then the right interior proximal thigh, that was a junctional
00:54nevus with our textural disorder. Okay. And then finally, the left forehead. That's the one that
00:59sucks. This little guy right here. Now that she's scraped it off. This one is squamous cell carcinoma.
01:04So I get to schedule a Mohs surgery. I call it scoop and stitch. They scoop out skin, they check
01:10your
01:11margins, and then they stitch you up like a football. And what's interesting about this one, it's going to
01:15be on my face. I have had three of these. I've had one on this forearm. I mean, two on
01:19my kind of calf.
01:20So anyway, I'm thankful that Dr. Singer caught this early. And I'm only sharing this with you guys
01:24because if you don't take skin chicks seriously, maybe I'm a good example of why you should. Because
01:30you don't, I never saw this. The ones that I have had that have been problematic are tiny, tiny. It
01:35looks like a little Sharpie dot or something. It's the least concerning. For all of us, they're kind of
01:39our age and start getting, you know, things that we don't like cosmetically. Those have been not the
01:44problem. The ones that have problems are the ones that you can't see because it's in a place you don't
01:48look at between your toes, under your toenail. My experience with this particular condition is
01:55it's the ones that we don't look at or see that are problematic. And thank goodness for doctors that
02:01can see this with their experience, their tools, and technology. To me, that's the update. Since so
02:06many of you have kind of commented on my Instagram, I thought I'd just let you guys know. By the
02:09way,
02:10this is February. If you see a, yep, what's that? Yeah, it's my Christmas tree. It's still Christmas
02:16here. So I'm going to kind of give a shout out to the We Don't Care Club because I don't
02:20care that
02:21it's February and my Christmas tree is still out. I have bigger fish to fry right now. Bye,
02:25y'all. Have a great weekend.
