Trey Knowles – “True Nature and Behavior”

In this comedic parable, Trey Knowles speaks to “flesh of his flesh, bone of his bones,” exploring the true nature and design of behavior within every species.

The message is simple yet profound: every being will ultimately act according to its true nature, no matter how much you try to change it. A nature may be restrained for a time. It may appear obedient. It may seem tamed. But eventually, it returns to what it truly is.

You can train behavior.
You can suppress instinct.
You can influence environment.
But you cannot rewrite nature.

A sheep will remain a sheep.
A wolf will remain a wolf.

Even if the wolf walks peacefully among the flock for a season, when the moment comes, the wolf will still be a wolf. And a wolf, by its nature, will kill a sheep for the pasture.

Through humor and sharp insight, Trey Knowles reminds us: design determines behavior. True nature always reveals itself in the end.

01:35The Israelites.
01:36Who are black and who are Hispanic and who are indigenous.
01:40And I say don't steal.
01:43Don't kill.
01:45Don't destroy.
01:48Love one another.
01:50Don't have power over others.
01:55And I can forgive them three times.
01:58And they go back into the character of being a sheep.
02:03I go to Islam.
02:07And I talk to my Muslims.
02:10Brothers and sisters.
02:13And I forgive them three times.
02:16And I tell them.
02:18Don't lie.
02:21Don't cheat.
02:22Don't steal.
02:24Don't destroy.

02:54Being a wolf.

03:24And come back.
03:25But they come back as a sheep.
03:28But this wolf.
03:30He's always going to remain a wolf.
03:32He cannot be a sheep.
03:51I'm also a sheep.

04:11We only listen to the character in the spirit of Yeshua, because we know him, he knows us.
04:26These wolves would never, would never understand the spirit and character of our maker, because they're always going to be
04:46a wolf.

05:26Is he a sheep?
05:31That sheep is ready to start, is ready to kill and eat meat and, and have one control over the
05:38rest of the sheep?
05:40I can't allow him in a barn, because that sheep is no longer a sheep, it's a wolf.
05:46And since that sheep becomes a wolf, we have to, I'm going to have to destroy it, because if I
05:52don't destroy it, I'm going to have to protect others.
05:54I'm going to have to protect my other sheep.
06:01I go to my blacks and I go to my Latinos.
06:05I go to my indigenous people.
06:07I see that they're still in the barn.
06:10I go to Muslim, I go to Islam, they're still in the barn.
06:17And the sheep that goes out, get lost, get led astray.

07:11He stays in his true character and his true nature.
07:15But this wolf is saying,
07:17Yahshua, Yahshua, Yahshua, Yahshua.
07:19I come in Yahshua's name,
07:21and I steal, I kill, and take in Yahshua's name.
