02:04Hey, I'm sorry it's a little noisy here. I'm at a little coffee place near Chelsea Piers.
02:09But I wanted to say, God, I'm so sorry about James Van Der Beek.
02:13I never worked with him, but I knew him from his career and his work on TV.
02:18And I met him a couple of times.
02:20My wife and I were in L.A. on business and staying at a hotel.
02:24And he lived near there.
02:25We used to run into him at a coffee place or a breakfast place there in Beverly Hills.
02:30We just bumped into him a couple times on the street, which is weird, on the streets of L.A.
02:34And what a lovely guy.
02:36What a lovely guy.
02:38What an amazingly sweet guy.
02:40We're a guy who had a big TV career like that.
02:43He was so popular and a lot of fans.
02:46Just sad.
02:47I'm very sorry for his family and his children and his friends.
02:53And, you know, as always, we lost another good one.
02:57Because, again, I only met him in passing.
03:00But he was a really, really decent guy.
03:04So I'm sad for him.
03:05For his passing.
03:06And my thoughts go out to his wife and his family.
03:18I've been very vulnerable through a lot of this.
03:20You know, I think what I'm more determined to do than ever is just following bliss.
03:25It's really just all about following my heart.
03:27I'm going towards the things that I know will light me up on some level.
03:32It just kind of pull the lid back on how transactional my relationship with self-love was.
03:39If I do this, if I provide, then I'm worthy of love.
03:43If I'm a good husband, I'm worthy of love.
03:44If I'm a good father, I'm worthy of love.
03:46But to actually just have all that taken away because I'm away and I can't be any of those things
03:50that mean so much to me.
03:52And kind of recognize, wait a minute, we're all worthy of love just because we exist.
03:57You never know when you share if anybody's going to spark to it.
04:01But it felt like something I really believe, so I put it out there.
04:06And I'm going to be very well.
