21:41Initially, the guy had pulled over.
21:43So when we went to lock him in,

23:19Earlier that year was when my wife and I had our first kiddo, and so she's only a couple months old.

23:33Today I am heading to a village about 15 to 18 miles downriver from Bethel. We had a report of
23:41a threat that was made by a former employee of the village corporation there. He made the threat
23:47on Facebook, seemed to state that the guy wanted money and said he was considering robbing a bank
23:54or killing a corporation employee for money and then showed up to the building an hour or two later
24:01and caused quite a scare for the employees there. We're gonna go head down there and try to interview this guy.

24:20In the state of Alaska if you make a threat to human life
24:24that threat may initiate an emergency protocol. In this case the employees didn't evacuate the
24:29building but they'd already made a plan that if he showed up to work they were going to try to lock the door.
24:37Have some surveillance footage of one of the victims preparing to defend themselves with a
24:41large office stapler in case the guy was to come up and intend them harm.
24:49We're here in the villages we rely on the tribal police pretty heavily to
24:52show us where people's houses are and help us find folks. We don't live here and we're not
24:56nearly as familiar as they are with it.
