00:56Here in this forum, I highlighted and brought up
00:59that when we talk about economic inclusion,
01:02we have to take note that development and modernization
01:05does not entail vendors and small-scale business owners are left behind.
01:12So we have to ensure that when we talk about this,
01:14digital innovations, development, or whatsoever, big terms, right,
01:19we have to make sure that those are felt,
01:21the recommendations, the solutions are felt at the bottom,
01:24not only at the top.
01:41Combining these two positive aspects of each market
01:46and creating some kind of tunnel in between these two regions.
01:49Our idea is to create some kind of a punch that could stop that flow,
01:55outflow from that circular economy.
01:57And so yeah, to answer that question,
02:00not as a country itself,
02:03but as of a community,
02:04I think it's realistically possible to run that policy.
02:14From this,
02:15we would create the project that would help them
02:19solving any challenges that they might face
02:21and also connecting them with the stakeholders that they might need.
02:25Of course, there are gaps in this kind of situations.
02:31In each country, we have our own problems.
02:33And this is why ASEAN Youth Organizations like exist
02:37to also help young people to engage
02:40and also find a solution for all of us.
02:42We wanted to empower the young entrepreneurs
02:45to create more job opportunities along with the stakeholders.
02:49So they would be able to basically identify opportunities for them.
02:54And also here, as an organization,
02:56we wanted to support them along the way.
02:59Ibibigay sa ASEAN Secretariat sa Jakarta
03:01ang mga mabubuong policy recommendation
03:03mula sa nasabing forum.
03:05Gab Villegas,
03:06para sa Pambansang TV,
03:08sa Pagong Pilipinas.
