00:34part of a broader agenda to make the Americas great again,
00:41to bring our countries closer together,
00:45to bring commerce, peace, prosperity, jobs, opportunity
00:53to the people of Venezuela and in partnership with the United States.

01:01but we have very specific plans and very specific actions already.

02:40or maybe most importantly in the Americas,
02:43we want commerce,
02:44we want peace,
02:46we want prosperity.

03:41create new jobs,
03:43grow export revenue,
03:45all of the things that have constricted the Venezuelan economy,
03:48we want to set the Venezuelan people
03:51and the economy free.

05:54than those natural resources
05:56is the incredible humans.
05:59What Venezuelans are.
06:01Their pride, their education,
06:03their passion to drive forward.
06:05Truly, this is a partnership
06:08between American hearts and minds
06:10and Venezuelan hearts and minds.
06:17So, we've talked about
06:20the enormous natural resources
06:24that Venezuela has.
06:25The oil, natural gas, mining, minerals.
06:29These resources are vast,
06:32but even more important
06:33are the Venezuelans
06:35who are so incredible
06:35with so much pride,
06:37education, passion
06:39and desire to continue on.
06:41And I'm convinced
06:43that it's something
06:44that we can do
06:45by connecting our minds
06:46and hearts
06:48of the Venezuelans
06:49and the United States.
06:50We believe, in fact, I can say,
06:54I think we know
06:55that working together,
06:57the people of Venezuela
06:58and the people of the United States,
07:00this year,
07:01we can drive a dramatic increase
07:04in Venezuelan oil production,
07:06in Venezuelan natural gas production,
07:09in Venezuelan electricity production.
07:11And most importantly of all,
07:13all of these
07:14are to increase the job opportunities,
07:17the wages and the quality of life
07:20for all of the Venezuelans
07:22across the country.
07:24And by doing that,
07:25it will also enormously benefit
07:28the United States
07:29and the Western Hemisphere
07:31and the future partnership
07:32for all of us.
07:39We believe,
07:41and I can say that we know
07:43that if we work together,
07:45the United States
07:46and the Venezuelans,
07:48that this year
07:49we can increase
07:51the production of oil,
07:54natural gas
07:54and electrical energy
07:56in Venezuela.
07:58But what is the most important
08:00above all of this
08:02is to increase
08:03the employment opportunities,
08:05the salaries
08:06and the quality of life
08:07for all of the Venezuelans
08:09in the country.
08:10And by doing that,
08:11it will benefit
08:11the United States,
08:14the Western Hemisphere
08:16and our future association.
